Psst - Can we talk...panties?

:D LOL

More commandos, Glad to know I am not the only one.
No underwire ...., Not sure I would dare that, need those babies kept in place and put!:D

I consider the compression part underwear so no additional panties needed and you stay dry.

I too feel comfortable in my compression capris and feel no need to add anymore clothing.
I do not like visible underwear and just can not be bothered to wear any while I am at home.

What I like about the compression capris I wear is the way it's cut. It has a lined gusset in the
crotch area. This is what make the fitting comfortable. A flat lock seams also make a difference.
3/4 capris compression has always been my preference.

Now that I looking to get back to outdoor stuff --- Running I may try to find something else:):)

Nada for regular/Cathe workouts, although for body rolling & pilates I usually wear seamless (or just about) bikini briefs. I am not loyal to brand, as long as it isn't nylon, rayon or a similar material. It looks smooth, but is a recipe for bum zits.

Love this thread. I have NEVER considered going commando before but now, I think I will give it a shot next workout. Never do anything other than high impact sports bra for the girls but have always done cotton "granny panties" because I do hate to keep readjusting my underwear. Menopausal so sweat is ALWAYS an issue. I always work out at home, I am blessed with great space there, so I even tried someone's suggestion of just bra and panties. That was too uncomfortable for me, plus I like cute workout wear, even if I am the only one who see it. Gonna try commando though, that could work.

I too like too cute stuff to wear "granny panties". Just not flattering to my taste.
Hope you feel comfortable trying. Who knows you might go commando consistently from now on!LOL:D:eek:
Whatever you feel comfortable in, Go for it

This cracks me up!! That's my daughter. I love her confidence in "being free"

no one mentioned wearing thin panty liners !!!! which for years I never skip. They absorb perspiration and add a security that things stay in place.

I wear them riding bike, and for every type of wo. Especially for the gym.

I wear bike shorts so I don't care what undies I use

Funny Thread indeed! Panty liners are now part of women toiletries. They have gone from thick gross pad to
nicely made liners. They are made in all shapes and fragrance these days Lol;):oops:
When I started wearing them I wasn't willing to admit to friends.
A long time ago, some people thought they were for older women struggling leakage issues!

Well:):) I wear them during the day but not while working out!
You're right, they help keeping things in place;)
