PS...Total count sit ups

A while back someone mentioned the impossible number of situps SOME holly wood stars are doing to stay in shape. They noted that we just don't have the time to be working out all day like Brittney Spears (who reports say does 150 crunches to keep those abs flat and defined, we could never do that right?).

SO....I took it upon myself to count the number of sit ups we are all doing in PS BBA and keep in mind several of the situps she holds for a count of three and also keep in mind the old "lift head, legs and crunch in the middle" which really constitute more than an actual sit up, BUT I only counted them as ONE.

:) :)LADIES (and Trevor) WE ARE DOING A GRAND TOTAL OF 239 SITUPS. Again, only counting one for the combinations and 3 count holds. :) :) :)

Take that Miss Brittney Spears }> , maybe you should be working out to Cathe so you can keep up with the rest of us!!!!!!!

Hope this encouraged you today....I will be counting the other AB portions of other Cathe vids throughout the week so stay tuned.

P.S. I could be one off on my count by possibly one as I was slightly fatigued. (Just slightly, mind you)

I have wanted to count the sit ups for such a long time, and every time I start, I lose it somewhere along the way (probably from mentally cursing at Cathe for my burning abs), so I never get through the count to the end.

Just knowing how many I'm accomplishing is a motivation for me! :)

I use to do the Callanetics tummy crunches - all 400 everyday for 30 days!

Briee~you are amazing girl!

I did BBA this morning and TRIED to count along with you but lost it at the "grabbing the rope" part! My abs are on fire by that part and my mind went numb! So you go girl! How you count and crunch at the same time amazes me!

I will admit it took some serious concentration. My twelve year old walked in and tried to ask me something and I almost threw a weight at him I was trying so hard to concentrate. Poor guy, just a classic case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time!!! I did apologize post workout :) :) :)
