I know you've probably answered this question a million times, but I wasn't able to find another post that was similar. My question is, is it sufficient to do the PS series one time per week, or do I need to add additional days of weight training? Right now my goal is weight loss and I'm not looking to build some serious muscle mass until I've reached my goal weight. For now, I'd like to slim down and tone up. Currently, I do your PS series once per week and about 5 days of cario (your step tapes and jogging). I've also pre-ordered your 8-pack. I'd appreciate any advice from you, Cathe or anyone else out there in this "educated crowd". Thanks!!!!
