PS extra risers

I just received my PS dvd and noticed that they are using a step with 4 risers on each side. I only have 4 total. Do I need those? Where can I get them? I see that they also use that small step/stool thing. I think I have something that I can use in place of that so I'm not worried about that.

I'm so psyched to do the workout. I'm going to start it tonight and do all of the upper body sections and maybe even the 10 minute abs if I feel gung-ho.

Thanks,
Kristie S

I actually don't have PS series so this is just a guess, but in all Cathe's other vids she uses the step for the weightlifting exercises, but I think you only have to be as elevated as you want to be. In MIS, I use 2 risers, just so my arms don't hit the floor when doing flyes. Maybe it is something like that?? Maybe you should wait for someone who knows to post!!

I only use 2 risers on each side of my step. It works fine. When she does the step ups, I use my Rubbermaid step stool. For the sit and stands, I pretend I have a chair under me. That takes away that urge to just sit. :)

Can you use a FIRM tall box, or "fanny lifter" as they're now called instead of buying more risers for the step, or do you need the width of the step as well as height?

Thanks haslina,

I think I might just buy some more risers. I don't have the firm box thing.

I did the upper body sections of PS last night and LOVED it. I can't wait to do the lower body.

Thanks again,
Kristie S

Is there a rubbermaid step stool that is about 7 or 8"? Sounds like a good substitute.
