I believe I asked this question quite awhile ago but didn't get many responses, has anyone tried BSNs Syntha 6 and if so how did you like it and what flavors have you tried? We have two GNC stores in my town and neither one of them carry the Lean Dessert and I don't have a cosco or other store like that.

I want to try the BSN one, but haven't found it where I shop, and haven't ventured out to look beyond that. I did find one at Whole Foods called Bluebonnett, Whey of Life. It comes in chocolate and vanilla. I just bought it and am going to try it today. We'll see... It has 18 g protein, 130 calories, 1.5 g fat, 10 g sugars, 1 g fiber.

I haven't tried BSN.

Take a look at Optimum Whey 100% Gold Standard. Here's a link with all the different flavors. I usually get the Chocolate Mint because there are no artificial flavors or colors.

There are cheaper places to get this too. But this gives you a good overview. It has a higher amount of protein isolate versus concentrate.

Hi,
I can't find any BSN lean dessert protein powders anymore either. But the EAS whey vanilla is pretty good! It only has 2 grams of carbs and isn't as thick as the Myoplex meal replacements.

If you don't mind shopping online, I really recommend www.bodybuilding.com for your protein-buying needs. They have really good prices, and their shipping is crazy-fast. You'll have to put up with all the cheesy photos of very muscular, smiling, orange people on their website, but they're safe, cheap and fast.
