Problem with PS Chest, Triceps, & Shoulders

When I do this tape I have a problem working my triceps. By the time we get to them, my chest is so sore I keep feeling my chest while doing the tricep exercizes (french press, cross-body kickbacks etc) I know one is supposed to do big muscles first but how can I avoid this? I feel that my triceps are not getting the work-out they deserve. Cathe please help!
