problem w/ 1 disc

Cathe, I can't find a contact phone number on this website. I have a problem with (1) disc from STS.
MESO CYCLE 2 TAPE # 14 AT SPOT 34:39 (squats narrow stance) is not working. It freezes at that point and I can't do that exercise with the tape. I can do the next one and the one before it. How can I get that particular disc replaced?

I just got an email telling me the same thing. I don't mind waiting until after the new released dvd's are sent out, I should have waited before I posted it.
