Printing workout to find 1RM

I want to get started finding my 1RM so I'll be ready when STS arrives. I had imagined that there would be something I could print that would list all of the basic exercises that I would need to find for my 1RM, and I would be able to just print it and start my tests, but it looks like I've got to go into "Create a Workout" and pick each exercise individually. Instead of each of us going in and picking every single exercise and printing it, has anyone heard if there will be a form that we can print that will list each "major" exercise. And I say "major", because it seems like a lot to find the 1RM for every single exercise, for example Barbell Curl, Hammer Curl double arm, and Hammer Curl seated. Can't these be reduced to just finding the 1RM for curls? Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place.

Also, has anyone seen anything where you can see what each exercise is, for example, I know what a push up is, but I don't know the difference between "Pushups Pymaid Up Singles, Prone" and "Pushups Pymaid Up, Prone", and just a regular pushup.

Help!!! I'm a little overwhelmed.
 
I saved how to print from a thread somewhere on here and saved it to my cathenation hint doc. Here it is, hope it helps.

You can easily print a workout card for any STS disc# by simply going to the WM and then do the following:

#1 Click on the date you would like to schedule an STS workout for and you will automatically be taken to Agenda View. Since you’re really not a scheduling anything now you can select any date you prefer.
#2 In the “STS” orange highlighted cell select “Add New” and a new window will launch.
#3 Next, in the “Select STS Disc Number dropdown” box select the STS disc you wish to schedule a workout for. All of the exercises for the disc you have chosen, along with other information, will automatically load in the same order as the DVD.
#4 Simply click on the “Print and Save Workout card” button you see at the bottom of the popup window. As long as you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer your workout card will appear and you will just need to click on the printer icon and then click okay.

Thanks Lisa for the how-to.

I have one problem....I can't find the STS program in WM!
Do I need to add it to my list of dvd's I own? Also, where do I edit my list? I've been in my cp and can't find how to edit my list of Cathe workouts!

I can't do anything w/the calender. I click on the date an nothing happens, no agenda view nothing. And I am logged in! Am I doing something wrong?
 
I found you have to actually click on the number of the day - just not in the box. Then when the list of workouts comes up - STS workouts are on the bottom of the list and NOT in the DVD workout area. They are their own grouping...
