Premixes in downloads

I'm sure that this has been asked, did try to find so not repeating, but could not. Are the premixes included in the downloads? The reason I aske is that Cathe on demand does not include premixes. The May be two different technology stuff. I am not techno savvy.

No, downloads do not include premixes. OnDemand doesn't currently offer the ability to do premixes, but that will change shortly once we launch our new online Workout Blender
