Oh yes, I am hoping & counting on these being chaptered by individual exercise in the strength workouts or movement like in the foam rolling, recovery, mobility, etc. so I can have a field day in the blender.. :). Or the same way using the program function on the DVD player.

I guess I'm never completely satisfied... I'm now wanting the User's Guide to see chapter breakdowns & Cathe's rotations ... :p (of course some more clips would be nice, yet we need some entertainment while they're at the replicators!)
 
The only wish I have that didn't get fulfilled with the premixes is that it doesn't look like the Upper Body dvd has a premix that's in the 30 minute range.

So happy the others do though!!
Maybe do Express#1 for UB1/UB2 with no bands? It looks like taking the bands out would cut about 20 min. off of UB1 and 8 min. off of UB2. That would make UB1's Express #1 about 25 min. long or Express #2 (2 sets) 33 min. long with UB2's Express #1 running around 33-34 min. long. Just a suggestion. It might be more work than it's worth to have to skip them, because I know in UB2, it mentions that they are used as finishers, so they would show up throughout the workout. Once we see the chapters, it will be easier to figure out what we're doing. So glad we have the info she's provided so far though. It's been giving me all sorts of ideas about how I want to use this set. :)
