Premix for Muscle Max

I just wanted to say thank you for the premixes. I'm so glad you decided to add them. I used lower body premix (23min.) for Muscle Max and I am so sore today. I'm amazed, when I told my husband he said you didn't workout that long. I said but it was effective:)

I haven't done any of the pre-mixes yet, but I love Cathe's pre-mixes too. I use them all the time with the Intensities and the Body Blasts. As I've been pre-viewing each of the workouts today, I make sure I hit that "Pre-mix" button to see what my options will be -- I'm excited by what I've seen on the Kickbox menu -- so many possibilities!
 
I liked this premix to.I find myself doing premixes more than as is workout.I wish she would put out dvd's combinding all the different dvd's kinda like how the firm did.
 
Yes, according to Lunacat's awesome "Cathe Compendium", there is a 42 minute Upper Body Only Premix and a 33 minute Upper Body Push/Pull Premix.
