Premix breakdowns

Is there anywhere on the site that shows premix breakdowns? For example, I don't want to have to preview Body Max 2 Scrambled Eggs to see if I want to do it. Since I already am familiar with Body Max 2, all I need to know is the order so that I can see if it is something I am interested in using.

I would like to know this too. I have really under utilized premixes because I dont know what they involve. My workout is a lot more focused when I know what to expect.
