PREMIX BREAKDOWNS?

I know it's early yet, but i was wondering if any of you "overachievers" have viewed/done the premixes to give a breakdown.

I know they are listed by name on site and DVD, but what exactly do they consist of? Some you can figure out by the name, but others I have no idea...

Any info would help. Thanks!
