Wow! I can't believe there isn't a post for check ins pregnancy or post pardum yet!

I hope everybody had a great week and I hope that Autumn had her beautiful baby! Can't wait to hear from her!

I had a decent week. Still only got in 4 workouts, but had to paint the garage 2 days this week (we are converting to a larger office for my business) which took a lot of energy so I'm still thinking I can count 4 cardio and 1 weight with that being in the mix.

Sunday: Off
Monday: All Step
Tuesday: Step Works (section 1 & 2)
Wednesday: Power Max (section 2) and Step Works (section 3)
Thursday: Off (painting)
Friday: Leaner Legs (painting)
Saturday: Off

Hope we have more people posting this time. Boy, am I ready to be done. 10 weeks left! Please let it only be 7 weeks left!

Hey ladies! I am still waiting. Impatiently! :) I saw the doctor today... I am 4 cm now... I have decided I am going to dilate a centimeter/week... so that is only 6 weeks. :) I am on the book for an induction next Tuesday, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for a natural labor and delivery. Hey, that is July 20th... he'd share his birthday with Cathe! Right?? Oh, there is that short term memory problem again. :) Anyway, he did strip my membranes AGAIN and I am contracting AGAIN. My body is just teasing me. :)

Stacey, are you tired of painting yet??? Painting is work, so I would count it. Leaner legs... my kind of woman. I love LL!! I wish I could do it, but my body is just not cooperating with much more than walking, which is the only workout for last week. I did walk everyday though.

I hope you all have a great week! Take care!

Oh, Autumn! I feel for you! Wow! You are at a 4...with this being your second pregnancy, your doctor should just induce you now. You're never going to make it to the hospital on time! I really mean it when I say that you are having regular contractions (even if they don't hurt) GET TO THE HOSPITAL! I thought they'd surely send me home when I decided to go (with my 2nd), and thank God I went when I did or I would have given birth to my daughter in the car. My sister had the same problem, only her son's head was actually on the way out by the time they got her in her room and got her undressed. I don't think there is anyway you won't have your baby naturally and before the 20th. Best of luck to you!

Leaner Legs is my all time favorite leg workout. I have gone down to 25 lbs which feels a bit easy on some of the exercises, but with my joints hurting so much (even from climbing the stairs, etc.) I just want to be extra careful. I have gained inches in my thighs, but everything is so lifted still that I am really hoping that the majority of it is water and will come off within a week of delivery like it did with my first two. It's always so nice to look down at my legs after delivery and feel like I have skinny legs!

Take care everyone.

I think you are right. I can't wait around as I did with my daughter. I hope I do this naturally, but it is nice to know I only have one week left at the very most.

LL is my favorite too!! Just remember... you are squatting, lifting, pressing, lunging, etc. that 25# barbell plus your pregnancy weight AND you are doing this with a shifting center of gravity AND relaxing joints. :) I wish my weight gain was water, but I don't think so. I can't wait to sleep on my back... my hips just can't take this sleeping on my sides.

Well, have a great week ladies! I'll keep y'all updated!

Isnt' sleeping on your side the worst (when you HAVE to anyway)? I have just recently started getting really uncomfortable at night when I'm sleeping. If I'm on the couch watching t.v. or reading a magazine, propped up on the arm of the couch, but laying on my back, I start to feel like I can't breathe and have to move to my side then too. It's so annoying. I can't wait for my baby to drop so that I feel like I can breathe again.

Hi Autumn,
Just checking the boards to see if you had that baby yet! :) I'm sending you lots of birthing vibes your way. I hope it's soon!
Good luck! Keep us posted... :)

Thanks for thinking of me Christy! Maisie is absolutley GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, I want to hold my baby. Keep those vibes coming! You take care!

Autumn

Autumn, I will miss you when you have your baby since NOBODY is posting with me! What's the deal? Even if people aren't working out, it's still great to hear from everyone!!!

I will be sending good vibes your way too. You're definitely in my thoughts!

Hi Ladies -
I'm posting a little late...I've been pretty busy. My workouts were dismal last week because I was very fatigued. I think I got just two in of my special "off-the-feet" workouts, both upper body.

Stacey - I can't believe all the painting you're doing. That kind of work just wipes me out, even when I'm not pregnant!

Autumn - you've got us all on pins and needles just waiting to hear about your progress!

I do hope others join the pregnancy forum, too. I'm 36 weeks as of today...due date fast approaching!

Have a great week!

Diana:

It's great to hear from you. With everything else you have going on, you should feel great that you got two workouts in! I don't think I'd be able to say the same if I were in your situation, and I'd probably be a big grouch because of it. You're so close. I bet you can't wait to hold your little one!

I feel like I am always painting something. It's my answer for everything. Luckily, I don't mind doing it too much, althouh, my son's room really wore me out.

Well...I'll be thinking about you and hoping that you go a little early too!

Take care,
Stacey

Jordan is here!!!!

Hey ladies!

I'll post more later, but Jordan Matthew arrived yesterday at 1:49 pm. I'll share all the details later... just got home from the hospital. Yep, they let me out after 24 hours. Yahoo! Take care!

Be in touch soon!

Autumn

RE: Jordan is here!!!!

Congratulations!! Can't wait to hear your birth story!! I'm very happy for you, Autumn!

RE: Jordan is here!!!!

Congratulations, Autumn! I can't wait to hear all about it! We couldn't WAIT to leave the hospital after giving birth to my 2nd child and left after 24-hours. We loved it. When I gave birth to my first, though, we stayed the 2-nights that we're allowed to stay and even though my husband was DYING to go home, I felt kind of like I just wanted to stay. I'm sure I was just nervous. As soon as I got home, it was so great to be there. I don't know what the hesitation was. Glad it wasn't there when I had my 2nd though because it is so nice to get back to your own home. I especially hate the nurses waking you up every 2-4 hours to check mom and baby. They kept propping my door open a little bit so I could hear the carts going by my room all night. It's worse trying to get sleep there than it is at home with a newborn!
