Hang in there JT! The poem below as always been a favorite one of mine. I wanted to share it with you so you know even though it sometimes feels like it, you are never really alone.

The poem TRSTACIE has suggested I've had for years & I currently have it hanging on my exercise room wall! It's a great reminder that we are not alone & this poem always lifts my spirits!

Praying that His will & guidance will be made plain to you & soon. & not only are you never alone, as other posters have said, you have wonderful friends here on the forum that hold you up in prayer daily. Hang tight to your faith - trust that it WILL work out the way it's supposed to. (I know that's easy for me to say, because I'm not in your shoes, but I don't say it glibly.) HUGS!

TRSTACIE-thank you for the poem, I downloaded it.
The direction HE headed me in was creating a new blog on Word Press called "Unemployed and Over 40," and deleted my road/food blog. It is a place to offer safe discussion on the journey of employment transition.
Dallas is on hold. Determing the risk at this point.
For the relationship, he and I plan to meet for "beverages" soon. He has been supportive of my situation thus far.

Denver, CO or Sioux Falls, SD?
Have you thought of maybe relocating to Denver, CO or Sioux Falls, SD? I know Sioux Falls has a bunch of call center positions because a lot of credit card companies are headquartered there. Also, I live in Denver and my ex-husband was always able to easily find a call center job since a lot of call centers for cable and cell phone companies are located here.

I think sometimes when we help others in this way, we feel less helpless and less hopeless.
There are so many people without jobs. I hope you are able to get one soon. (((((Hugs))))).

TRSTACIE-Never considered either one of those places although I will investigate. More snow than here too. DFW predicted growth is number two or three in the country right now.
Janie-My parents always told me the "the wheel that squeeks is the one that gets oiled" similiar to your stuff. I appreciate it.
Thank you for your prayers. This is my update. I am currently writing a blog about being unemployed and older with topics that relate to it such as relocation and training programs. It feels right on many levels cause blogging and my population group are things I am passionate about. My goals with this project are to encourage others whom are in the same position as I, to keep the subject alive with decision makers, and make connections-network.
My move to DFW is on hold.
