I just recv'd Cardio Hits on Fri. I did Power Max this AM on an 8" step for the 1st 2 segments, I had to drop down to 6" to finish. (I am still feeling Step Fit from Sat.) Power Max is more intense (in my opinion) and a lot of fun!! Looking forward to Step Works!! I wasn't sure I'd like the older Cathe workouts, the outfits are dated but the workouts are intense!! Infact I never felt sore after RS, SB or MIC I did feel Imax2 & Imax though. Ever since I started using Cathe dvds I can't seem to go back to my others, I guess I'm not alone.
