So, I'm new to Step Blast (and loving it now that I have the combos all pretty much down). So, here's my question. Why can I do all of Power Max without any trouble, but I have to stop and march and walk in place during the challenge and blast sections of Step Blast? Is it really so much tougher? Or maybe it will just take time for my body to get more "used to" the moves? I felt like I was in pretty great shape, but after Step Blast, I defintely see that I've got a ways to go. I was going to order Imax 2, but if I can't make it through Step Blast yet, maybe that purchase should be put on hold. What do you guys think? Is a new workout always harder cardiovascularly than those you are used to?
Incidentally, I love this workout! I am so happy I purchased this DVD--especially the premixes. The premixes have allowed me to learn it slowly before building up to the entire workout. Any input is greatly appreciated!
