It really is! Although I picked Boss Loops, I always enjoy working out to Lite's background too.

That was hard! lol I chose Step Boss, but I enjoy all of the nature backgrounds. I love nature, so working out with mountains, trees, lakes, a beach... any of those... feels like I'm being rewarded as soon as I turn on the workout.

I don't have Boss Bands workouts, so I had to check out the background. That one is definitely pretty. My second choice is Step Boss with the heavily forested mountains, and then Perfect 30.

Cathe's background scenes certainly have come a long way. One of her very early workouts, a step one, had this funky corner fake fireplace; then another had Greek(Roman) statues and columns! I remember a really early step one (her sister was in it) that had a fake beach backdrop complete with picket fence.

I have to say there are other times some backdrops are my preferred depending on what time of day or season I'm exercising.
For example, love the RWH series when I'm exercising in the evening (feels like we are all working out together, lol) or in the height of summer when I'm sun weary as a reprieve.

Yeah, I remember Cathe's earlier ones too. Fake fireplace, deep hot orange walls. She certainly has upgraded her sets.

Even if you didn't care for the details in a set, Cathe's sets have always had the appearance of space and depth....which is always something I prefer. I love feeling I'm working out in some expansive or different space.

One of the many reasons I don't like YouTube trainers is that you're usually staring at some small, white or grey walled room. It makes me feel like my workout room is small (despite the fact that I have a great space.)
