My jump tucks on some days are like a jump hop. Though I'm not jumping as high as Cathe, I'm still working to the best of my ability and that gets my heart rate up. I can't remember what disc, but when Cathe does jumps over the step, I choose to jump over a band. I'm afraid I'll trip on the step.
