Please tell me I'm not Crazy

I am new to Cathe, have posted here a couple of times. I have the BS/BF dvd and ME. Love the workouts so I just ordered: HSTA and the KP&C dvds. Please tell me I'm not commiting suicide. I had to modify some for ME but was able to complete the w/o. I guess I'm concerned about getting in over my head. I've been firming for almost a year and consider myself high end intermediate- not quite advanced. But I do like a good challenge.

Hi Catherine! Well im not going to say its a treat:) I think IMHO the 2 that you pick is one of Cathe's tough workout}( but you can modify and work your way up:) I am still trying on the HSTA. It is alot of leg work which I think that makes it so tough. Did you look at the preview on Cathe's web? Just looking at HSTA seem wow I can do this but once I got this and try it, yikes. It is a challenge if that is what your looking for. HTH.
 
You will be able to build up to these quickly. I just finished doing HSTA just now!! I LOVED it!! You will also LOVE KP&C and the Kick Punch and Crunch workouts.

Just modify if you can't keep up, but what I've found is that in no time at all I was whipping right through these workouts. It's amazing how fast your endurance builds up!

You are not crazy!!! One of the things I love about workouts is not being able to do them just so at first and getting it because when I get it I feel FANTASTIC. It won't take you very long - and like the others have said you can modify.
 
The KPC DVD has some great premixes that shorten the workout by omitting one of the segments. So your workout ends up being 50 minutes to an hour. I don't think I've ever done KPC in it's entirety. But it's fun, fun, FUN! Leg and Glutes has a wide variety of exercises and FRIES your legs (it's a GOOD thing!).

And I'm in full agreement with Dani, and Barbara on HSTA. It's one of Cathe's toughest, and something to work up to. Just do what you can when you start: lower the high step, do pushups on your knees, etc. I feel so great everytime I can do just one more thing a bit closer to what Cathe's doing!

If you're crazy, you've come to the right place, 'cause we're crazy (for Cathe) just like you!

You're not crazy....some of my very first Cathe purchases were Body Max, Rythmic Step, Cardio Kicks, Circuit Max....etc....I was so happy when I found Cathe and so determined to work up to this level. I loved the challenge and basically felt like I was going to die during Body Max but had a blast the entire time. I ordered the workouts that interested me that most and modified and worked my way up to them. You are just beginning I'm afraid.....let us know what else you end up with b/c you WILL get more...it is inevitable(sp?)...tee hee!}( :7
