Please say a prayer

for a very good friend who was hit on the head by a fallinf tree on Saturday. He was air lifted to hospital and is in a coma w/ two skull fractures. He has bleeding out of one ear, which is a good thing because it is actually relieving pressure from his brain. He also has a fractured vertabre. Vitals are good and there are no internal injuries. We are devestated and would appreciate any prayers. Thank you! Kay

Thanks everyone. We just got back from the hospital and the Dr.s say on a scale of 1-10 w/ 10 being bad, he's a 2. He has a pressure monitor in his brain, and when ever anyone talks to him, it goes down (that's good) I am certain he can hear us. I told him there are a lot of prayers for him. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: He is still in the same condition as yesterday. He has developed a fever, but they say this is common w/ a head injury. They are weaning him off the sedative so he can "wake up". I hope this is soon and he is ok. It is tough to watch someone so close to you be in this position. Thanks again for allt the prayers.
