Please respond about lower body workouts

Will I be able to purchase just the lower body workouts?

I remember them saying that they would have the STS DVDs available for individual purchase, at some point. I can't find it on the blog but I'm pretty sure.

You can only PRE order the full thing, though, as you know. HTH!

Our current plans are only to sell the STS workouts as a group. We do plan on selling individual mesocycles once we release STS, but we have no current plans to just sell the lower body workouts. Eventually, we will probably sell individual titles, but this will be way down the road and the price will be much higher than you see now.
