Hi, I was wondering some of you would help me decide if I can take this on. I have been doing several Bootcamp style workouts and I am in pretty could shape. I do have some basic knowledge of free weight lifting, form etc. My dream has always been to be able to do something like this with free weights etc. Would I be crazy to start with this program since I have not done any of Cathe workouts? It just seems so awesome I would love to start here! I do not have equipment other than some hand weights. Could you tell me everything I would need to do this program??? I would like to pre order to save but I would kinda like to know what my other out of pocket expenses will be to have all equiptment. Also I have read some of you viewed clips of the workouts. I can't find them. Could you tell me how to view them?

I would appreciate any of your opinions.

Thanks

I'm trying not to get so caught up in the "equipment" stuff. I think that every move can be modified. As long as you can tell yourself that I need to work at my level STS would be great for you. From my understanding STS meso #1 is similar in nature to the Muscle Endurance series (which I love) -higher reps, meso #2 is similar to the Gym Style series slightly less reps (love this set of workouts too), so your sorta getting an updated version of these two series. Meso #3 is less reps higher weights. So if you think about it your really getting a deal because there is so much variety. The pre sale price is really a good deal too. With regards to the equipment, the largest dumbell I have is 25lbs and I know that I can't go heavier than that anyway. As much as I'd love to lift as heavy as Cathe I wouldn't even try. I also workout in my living room. I don't have the luxury of having a room dedicated just to working out, so the less amount of equipment the better. I find myself modifying a lot with the 4day split series just because I don't have all the room. When lifting you really have to focus on your form and this is why I love Cathe workouts she really shows you good form and talks you through it. Honestly if you decide against STS you can't go wrong with any of her other workout series they all kick major butt but I have really high hopes for STS. Oh and if you really like lifting what I've done is just add to my equipment slowly. I don't have the $$$ or the space for all sorts of equipment. Oh here is the you tube clip of the workout

Actually, I think this is a good place to start. The first cycle is light weights, more reps, and it keeps moving from there. You will get excellent tips. It does not start at the advanced level necessarily, it starts where YOU are, a big plus.
