In several weight workouts I've noticed that I can't seem to keep up with Cathe's speed of movement during weight lifting.
I used to think it was just because I was so much weaker than she is. Sometimes she completes the whole movement while I'm just getting to the guts of it (BB bicep curls, especially). But an intelligent friend pointed out that Cathe has shorter levers than I do, enabling her to execute all movements faster than I can. Also, those good old laws of physics tell me a longer lever requires greater strength to do the same work as a shorter lever.
I am hoping one cast member will be of average height or above, because it's a nice visual guide on lifting in this situation and this is going to be a LOT weight work. Rhonda was wonderful for me, but a substitute will do
