Except for the first time I tried the STS Meso 1 leg workouts, PLB gives me lower body DOMS like no other workout. Oh my gosh! And the standing work is only about 30 min. long. I love it!!!
I love that the first part of the workout (the barbell work) is pretty much a complete and balanced workout, so you don't even need to do the ball work to get a good workout in.I love that this workout is not so long too!
I just tried it for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure if I would have any DOMS after it. It was tough but I didn't really notice much yesterday but when I woke up this morning...OMG! I was so sore!!! In a good way of course.
Love this workout and am looking forward to tackling Pyramid Upper Body tomorrow. Now if I can just get the hang of the stability ball work...
I had DOMs for three days after doing this one for the first time. Yowzer!
