Did this beauty for the first time yesterday and I have to ask, when will my legs stop shaking? ;) Wow!
 
Except for the first time I tried the STS Meso 1 leg workouts, PLB gives me lower body DOMS like no other workout. Oh my gosh! And the standing work is only about 30 min. long. I love it!!!

I know what you mean. It was funny b/c I did this workout on Wednesday night and i woke up on Thursday thinking I would have DOMS for sure, but didn't. While I was at work, every time I sat down, when I would get back up, my legs hurt a little more. Yesterday, I could hardly walk, lol. My legs haven't felt like this since when I started running over a year ago. AWESOME feeling. I love that this workout is not so long too!

I love that the first part of the workout (the barbell work) is pretty much a complete and balanced workout, so you don't even need to do the ball work to get a good workout in.

PLB is one of my favorite lower-body workouts!
 
I'm feeling sore after it

I just tried it for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure if I would have any DOMS after it. It was tough but I didn't really notice much yesterday but when I woke up this morning...OMG! I was so sore!!! In a good way of course. :p

Love this workout and am looking forward to tackling Pyramid Upper Body tomorrow. Now if I can just get the hang of the stability ball work...

I had DOMs for three days after doing this one for the first time. Yowzer!

That's exactly what happened to me this week! I was sore up until today (Wed) and I did the workout on Saturday. Couldn't believe it! It will be interesting to see what happens this week when I do it again.
