hi everyone.

so far i own the CTX series, PH, Bmax, MIS, KPC and LG, and circuit max (all dvd) and i'm trying to create a rotation but am having trouble bc i've never done one before. i used to be a 'gym only girl' (mostly cardio, little strength) so i'm not sure how to go about it.

i guess i have a couple of questions...how many cardio workouts per week (and how long) are required to lean out esp lower body? does wt training matter more in this respect? i've been reading a lot of conflicting information lately. i've never done much strength training for fear of looking thick bc i'm a pear...but then i thought that might be my problem so i purchased all of those wt training tapes by cathe and started reading the forums.

i could lose maybe 5 pounds of fat but my goals are to really get lean (lower bod needs more leaning than upper though esp quads). could anyone out there recommend a rotation for me using those dvds i have mentioned? i prefer to exercise 6 days per week and dont mind two workouts in one day.

thank you in advance! and i'm so thankful for these forums.

HI , I will give it a shot.

You could do a CTX rotation all by itself. Using all 6 of the workouts as filmed one per day M-Sa.

Or

let's say or try this

Monday- KPC
Tuesday- PH
Wed.- one of the CTX cardios only or 2 of them back to back
Thurs.- MIS
Fri.- Body Max step portion only
Sat.- Circuit Max

Or

Mon.-CTX upper body split
Tues.- CTX cardio only
Wed.- KPC
Thurs.- Leg and Glutes
Friday- CTX cardio only
Sat.- Body Max all but the upper body segment or just the step portion

You can do alot with the CTX series alone, if you want to build some muscle then I suggest getting the Pure Strengh series also for some solid strength training.

Hope that helps you some
