When are you going to look into adding pilates and yoga to your workout dvds? I have moved away from step and heavy weight training because I find I actually get better results from pilates and yoga. I still do cardio but I've switched to floor aerobics. You are my favorite instructor so I'm eager to see if you are looking into or will look into adding pilates and yoga routines?
I've been doing pilates for over a year now. I started doing yoga more regularly a week ago. My abs have never been stronger. My flexibility is much improved. My posture is better. I feel better.
