I have a friend (who is male) who I believe would benefit greatly from Pilates. He has agreed to try a Pilates video and I believe he would be consistant in using it.
I am looking for a video recommendation for him that would do a good job explaining appropriate form. I think he is so strong that he could copy the positioning of the instructor using the wrong muscles. I am thinking 30-45 minutes would be a good length for him.
I would appreciate any help in this matter.
