I did 5 pikes on my stability ball this morning (from PUB)! I'm so proud of myself!!! I can do them fine if I do them before the workout... but after PUB my shoulders and arms are kinda wobbly and those pikes are tough!! oh cathe why did you leave those for the end of the tape!! LOL... well this morning I completed 5 of them so I must be getting stronger
