I just did KPC yesterday and they have the pikes on the ball. I am so proud of myself!!! Maybe it was a good day, but I made it all the way up in the air. My legs were really wobbly, but I did it! I love this exercise.
Is anyone else afraid they're going to roll over on their head and get hurt doing these? I think it's fear that holds me back. The most I've ever been able to do is 3 in a row. I plan on trying them again tonight.
When the toe ones are too tough , try alternating them with the knee in . That is what i did till i built up the stamina.
Put a pillow where your face would land .HEHEH... You will be ok..I never bashed my face. Just had to stop.
