I am looking for a new dvd. I just ordered the body blast and need something to hold me over until they get here. I was thinking either the rythmic stiep,max cadio,interval max or boot camp, muscle endurance.
Just need some opionions!

For blast-your-butt-off strict cardio the Rhythmic Step / Interval Max / Maximum Intensity Cardio DVD is your best bet.
For a good blend of circuit-style routines your best bet is Boot Camp / Muscle Endurance OR Gauntlet (a blend of I-Max 2, Boot Camp, and Cardio - Weights into three separate routines); remember that you can always use the Chapter Next feature on your remote to scoot around each of these.
