PH vs. Muscle Endurance

I couldn't order during the pre-sale because I didn't have the cash last year (just a poor grad student) but the financial aid check just came in and I can afford a few tapes. But I've decided that I'm not going to get anything that I don't absolutely need. So how does Muscle Endurance differ from PH? I have PH and I use it frequently. Do I really NEED Muscle Endurance? What does it have that PH is missing?

Depends on what you're deciding between.

If you're going to get a couple of workouts anyway, and are interested in Muscle Endurance, it would be a really great compliment to add to a PH rotation. There are exercises in it that PH do not contain, like the leg presses for example. Also Cathe reverses some of the order of worked body parts like working triceps before biceps, which I really like because my triceps fatigue easily, where as my biceps do not so having biceps last is a treat and different from my other total body workouts.
But, if you can only get 1 or 2 new videos, and aren't really "pressed" for another endurance style total body workout, then no you don't NEED it. Something fun and different like BootCamp would be a good buy, it's endurance + a bit interval like. The pyramids would be a good buy as well, since these are a Cathe first. And I loved Cardio & Weights, which again would be more endurance based with the high reps and lighter weights, but with a twist since it includes cardio.

Have I helped at all with all this mindless chatter? :)
