Hi, good morning everyone, Today I have decided to do HSA and have my rest day on the next Monday. Today I will do HSA and I will add stationary bike. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Good Morning to everyone else...today is plb and 20 min steady state run for my rotation. I don't run though so I'll be choosing a ctx cardio to do in it's place.:)

Hi Mariangeles. FitMom - Awww the Christmas pics of Joey with the dog are ADORABLE! I did PLB 2 days ago, what a workout!

Today I'm doing ME. This completes my 1st week of intensity series rotation and 5th week of my comeback! Gosh I got 2 compliments yesterday :)

My "friend" gets back from his trip today. It has been so nice chatting a lot while he was away and phone calls (work related and then other stuff!). I'm scared, excited, happy. Its been so long I've been so close, after my old boy friend/best friend passed away from cancer in 00 and with my sons issues last year. Sorry I'm rambling!

Early work out for me. Looking forward to posting with you !

This check in is great for motivation and accountability! I feel much guiltier if I skip a work out now since I'v been participating in a check-in every day!.....Then again, what Catheite EVER skips a work out???;)

Hi again, finally I have decided to have a rest day today. I don't want to workout and I think it is because my body want a rest. I have to listen to my body.I will do a stretch workout.

Welcome to the check in robyn. We're so glad to have you! Yesterday was my leg mish mosh and coremaxathon. My buns and abs are killing me!x( everytime I bend over I feel like my ribs have been punched! So today I will do PUB and maybe a slow walk on the treadmill. We'll see. I tried doing calve raises at PT wednesday and I couldn't do them. they think I should be able to do them by now. Beats me! Enough about that!


Wendy, I was looking on that website the 3fatchicks and wanted to put one of those weightloss scales on my post. Do I have to follow the diets they have on there? I'm sure I don't but was just asking. I want to lose 10 or 15#

Robyn_I read your post about the new Friend you have. I feel your excitemnt and I am excited for you. Sounds like you deserve to find someone special after these past few years. I feel for you on the 00 events. How sad but you seem to be a trooper. I am glad you are here!

Today I will be doing Shape it up from the SS series. I did tone it up yesterday and they are nice for changing things up. I have doms in areas I usually dont get doms. Like outer thighs and hips. I will also run today and do a few minutes of abs to try to work the bit of soreness out. Then if time permits I may do Gymstyle chest and triceps.

I will check back in later.

This morning is PS Legs and Abs...That's almost an hour right there, so maybe skip the cardio?? Maybe sweep the garage and the shop (almost 2000 sq ft total)??? That's a good Saturday project...

Good Morning Ladies and welcome Robyn. It's nice of you to join us. Today I plan on doing Leaner Legs and the 90 minute SB/SJP combo. I need to lose some weight and I really enjoy this workout. Since I never did get the coremaxathon in, I just might do that today also. My my, I am feeling energetic today!

Hey ladies,

those of you who know about my foot injury,I did 15 mins on treadmill. Whoopie! Yeah I only went 15 mins. Don't want to push it! I am starting a new rotation today doing a 4 week strength. It involves upper body some lower and 3 days of cardio. Also some abs and yoga and stretchmax.


Today I will do PUB and PS chest only.

Hi Terri! I have the Slim in 6 series. I always hated it but that was before I found Cathe and have transformed myself. Maybe I'll like it better now. I'm still doing the Aug. 04 rotation even tho this week was pretty much a wash.

Just got done with PH. I love that workout. Quick and to the point. Man those lunges get me every time. Even with light weights!

Diana~that sounds like an awesome workout! I love SJP and SB too! Are you doing a rotation or your own thing? Rotations seem to help a lot I'm finding.

Hi MJ! Sweeping sounds like pretty good cardio to me. Go for it girlfriend!

I'm off for a Powerwalk for my cardio today. Got to go thru my discs and find some good dance/walking music. Talk to ya'll later.

Good morning ladies,

First, I must say that the back of hamstrings are SCREAMIN' from HSTA yesterday. This is my second time doing it and I forgot--YIKES! It's that last circuit when you doing a fly and a hamstring "pullup" at the same time on the floor.

Anyway, my workout today included:

RS, IMAX 2 premix 1-5, & Ana Caban Abs Pilates

I just finished HSTA - I know my legs will be screaming by tomorrow as well... A great start to my saturday though!

Tomorrow is Rythmic Step and I will have completed 2 full to the letter weeks of the November rotation! Whoo hoo... :)

I went dancing last night - so got in some extra cardio.. :)

Checking in late here, but WO is done: Cardio kicks- until the VHS tape broke about 45" total, then standing leg conditioning drills of KM and stretch. It looks like I'll be replacing CK with the DVD version.

Hi Kali,

Power Hour is an awesome workout. Great Job!

I am following a rotation that calls for Saturdays off. Since I am a working mother, I actually have more time to workout on the weekends so I try to do long workouts then. I usually end up with a day off during the week due to work, meetings, or driving the kids to their events.

I agree, rotations are great to follow so you have a plan of attack each day.
