Good morning to all who follow today!

I have an early start today, much calmer morning due to a leak free refrigerator! ( see yesterday's check in..).

Anyways, should have done HSC, but have done that one 2 wks in a row, so I subbed BC instead. I really hate icebreakers..}(

This is my weekend plan for the rotation, some shuffling around but it all works.

Saturday - RS plus Ab hits.
Sunday - Coremax 2 and stretchmax 2.

Hey conni,

wow! it is calm in here this morning! I have the day off so I just woke up from a much needed sleep! I need to get myself going and get legs done and start coremax at 9. I hope this coming week is better on my exercising than this week. I am hoping to get some upper body in today also.

IMAX premix, coremax (as much as I can to join in on the CHALLENGE!) and stretchmax # 1.

Hi good morning everyone, Today is 40 minutes of steady state run, 15 minutes of abs hits and the segment 2 of stretch max. I will do a cardio kickbox mish-mosh (KPC cardio premix, the blast challenge of KM, the kickbox premix of BC)to substitute the running, 15 minutes of abs hits and the segment 2 of SM. I will add stationary bike. Have a great weekend everyone.

A crazy pole flying nut...you could really hurt yourself on one of those poles if your not careful..LOL!
 
Good Morning Fit Women!

I slept till 8 myself Kim! It felt great! I am off today and tomorrow. Don't have to go back till 1pm on Sunday!

I am going to do SB and then the Coremaxathon with you guys.
I am getting my hair trimmed at noon so I'm going to get cracking on this. Got Lowmax in yesterday and feel back to normal. I hate missing workouts.

Kim you'll do better next week. I will make sure of it.

Conni, glad you're a little calmer today. Applicance problems rot. Especially when leaks are involved.

Make sure you get that workout in Wendy!!

hey girls,


I decided to do cormax earlier than 9 because I knew I had legs to do! So I cheated on the time, but I wanted to get that out of the way! I had to substitute some moves but I did it!:) Now I'm off to do the mish mosh legs I have planned on all week! I can now do them since I have nothing to do!


Spinnin28 - I don't have the same bike, I couldn't see it in the first picture though. It is a nice bike girl!

Hey kali-Yeah I'm going to push my exercising this weekend. And I actually want to start a PUB rotation. I want to build muscle, but I don't want to do S&H right now.

Hello to all check in readers!

Today was a much better day. I began with Core Max workouts 1 & 2. Next was 400 walking lunges and then for planned stretching: stretch from Imax3 twice. (I am fond of that stretch, because it hitsthe legs well.)

Yesterday, I began the day looking for a yoga class to attend locally and found none that fit my schedule. Then My DVD froze and I was greatly delayed in doing Finn Yoga for Happiness. And, while doing that yoga, I lookd out my window only to see an enormous cloud of black smoke growing bigger rapidly. I called 911 and it turns out the house diagonally behind us was on fire! Yikes!

Did anyone do all 3 Core Max workouts?

Yes I did all 3 but have to admit I would rest when having 2or3 more reps to do at the end of a move. That thing is tough! but I did reach the end!:) How did you do terri?

TGIF Everyone!!!


Today is my rest day!! Whoo Hoo!! My knees can really use it - they are really starting to ache. All those years of basketball are kicking my butt (well knees) these days. I hope they hold up for a while and that I don't have to take any extended time off.

Hi again, Terri you have scheduled a great workout too. My workout is almost done. I have done KM and the combo of ab hits with the abs of CTX all step and power hour (15 1/2 minutes). Later I will ride my stationary bike. Tomorrow is my rest day. I will do a stretch workout. See you tomorrow.
