Personal Rotation Check In - November 11, 2005

Hi everyone,

Sounds like everyone has got their workouts in today. This morning I did rhythmic step. I know, an oldie but goodie to me.

Some of my teammates met a previous teammate for lunch today. I had grilled teriyaki chicken with vegetables and rice. It was very yummy.

I had appointments for the morning and early afternoon hours, so JUST got done working out! This is very late in the day for me, so hopefully I can sleep tonight!!

Was feeling great, so this was a much longer day than usual!

PS Back, Biceps and Abs
CTX Kickbox, and wasn't pooped yet, so added intermediate intensity drills from KPC...

WOW! I feel great, but WAY too awake for a Friday evening at home...
