Personal Goals Check-in - August 12

Happy Friday ladies,

Here goes...

1) Water (8/8 or 6 min. cups) --- Check

2) August rotation ---Check ---Completed Day 11 (barely)

3) No late night visits to fridge --Check

4) Limit sweets --Check--No sweets yesterday. Was tempted but said, I'll "save" it for an emergency:)

5) No food 2 hours before bed --- Check --- too tired and sore from August rotation to think about food;-)

Hope you all are doing well, we're almost half-way through the month!

No sweets- messed up twice yesterday,so I hope today is better!

water increase- only 16oz, so not so well.

My sceduled workout- did day 11.


Trying to improve this since I had a bad five days. I am slowly getting back to it.

Gosh I've been out of the loop with sever cold/sinus problems for the past two weeks. But I think I'm finally recovered.

Complete the April 2005 Building Stregnth Rotation - A week behind because of sickness, but I was able to do Bootcamp yesterday.

DRINK MORE WATER - I've done well with this trying not to get dehydrated while sick.

Sweets only once a week. - Uh...well...what happened was... x(

Get at least 5 hours sleep per night. - I don't think drug induced sleep counts. I'll have to wait until I finish these meds and then gage whether the 8 hours I'm getting now are drug induced. :7
 
No sweets - Check
January rotation - Check
Lose 2% body fat - CHECK!!!! Got on the scale this morning and I was down another %. Woo hoo!!!

Well, after succumbing to the fudge-frosted brownie last nite, of course today I am being good as gold!!!}(

I have no problem with water, is the only thing I drink all day, and loved to have crush ice handy all the time, specially these hot days,,,,,,...Today thou, I am having problems with carbs, I went biking yesterday with a friend,we did 30 miles out in the heat and did well, till this morning, I woke up with an appetite like this }( really evil! ... I have been hungry all day long,,,, munching and munching, bread, waffles, ahjg... really out of control, after the bike ride yesterday, I feel I ruined all the workout x(
