Happy Friday ladies,
Here goes...
1) Water (8/8 or 6 min. cups) --- Check
2) August rotation ---Check ---Completed Day 11 (barely)
3) No late night visits to fridge --Check
4) Limit sweets --Check--No sweets yesterday. Was tempted but said, I'll "save" it for an emergency
5) No food 2 hours before bed --- Check --- too tired and sore from August rotation to think about food;-)
Hope you all are doing well, we're almost half-way through the month!
