The warm up was choreographed to a turn in preparation of the main workout which was kept low impact yet heart rate activated through tiny jumps and quick moving feet.What did you think of the warm-up? Was it long enough for you?
Did you catch that pattern in the warm up? The front to back zig-zag move with the theme "take it down lower." This workout is different than all her other low impact hiits. I would even like to say that the first two exercises could be tossed in as warm up activation exercises, but they are not.
The powerhouse/core is in the works the entire workout which just adds to the value of this hiit workout.
Add the extended stretch to complete the workout for a perfect finish!
