Today was a rest day of sorts. I will have to do Ripped with Hiit Plyo Hiit 2 tomorrow. We rode almost 200 miles doing this poker run. Longer than any that we have done before. That was a lot and it triggered the allergies by the latter part of the ride. All the allergens are up there right now and I was feeling pretty good that I was not doing the usual coughing, sneezing, thing. My eyes have been irritated. Hopefully it lets up. I am still using the bee pollen. I barely got ready to head out this morning.
Carolyn, I imagine you will have plenty of rain, and not too much wind damage. I know it is odd when they show the calm in Florida right now and we know what is coming. That is good that you do not have to evacuate.
Lori, I hope things go well for you next week. It is nice that you got a lot done being alone at the office. I know there has been enough that happened around here lately that I would not want to be out in our woods alone. There is also the wild life to worry about as well. I like yoga , but most of the time I prefer it to be pretty active if it is going to be long. I like feeling like I did something. Now if I have worked out pretty well and want to throw in a relaxing stretch type of yoga workout it is usually evening or that I have lots of time on my hands. I think that is the reason I keep doing Kelly Coffey's yoga on her Body Design because it is only 13 minutes and she keeps it flowing, you are not holding a pose forever. There are all kinds of yoga. I have Zuka light yoga and she has some plyo stuff in it and it really does get the heart rate up some while doing it. Then it feels more strength that as stretching yoga.
Deb, funny that you should mention that on Rock'm Sock'm and the warm up. When I first got it I thought I had missed the warm up or something. After all of the research I did on the health plans, I dropped out of our city insurance. It would actually have increased a lot how much we had to pay our as my husband is not old enough for medicare yet. I chose to use Mutual of Omaha supplement after searching out different companies and costs. We have a friend that had Mutual of Omaha and he was very pleased when he went through medical tests and surgery. I got the plan g because it does everything f does but you pay the 183 dollar deductable yearly that medicare requires. Otherwise the difference in monthly premiums would have cost more than the 183 dollar deductable and they both are the same other than that. It pretty much covers the costs left after Medicare pays. I also chose Silver Script as my part D prescription plan. IT was low cost at 28.00 a month without huge deductables and limitations to something like 400 dollars etc.. I even had checked State Farm since they are our home and auto carrier, but they did not have plan G and encouraged F and were higher cost per month. Even their agents employee agreed what I had was better. She kept telling me I needed to check carefully and then she looked it up and agreed. So, I am paying 91 dollars a month to Mutual of Omaha and the 28.00 silver script along with my medicare deduction. I have huge bundles and packets of stuff after going through all of this stuff. Now I have to research my husbands options with the city as they are going up and there are a few different options. The city has opened a clinic for basic stuff like labs and immunizations, flu, colds, allergies etc. that is free for employees. You just have to go downtown to do it. It It is to keep the Cities costs down so it saves the employees money. Maybe that is more information than you wanted

I was so stressed trying to read everywhere and understand it all at first. All of the supplement plans are the same as in plan C G F etc.. It is just the costs are varied and not all plans are carried by all of the carriers.
