Today I did Raw Virtual Box and Legs 62 minutes, heart rate 132/166, 334 calories, 5,739 steps. I had the grandchildren here today. I will try to get back here and catch up in awhile. Here is a rundown of the workout. I may have it a bit off though.
I may not hear about Kelly's workouts as much as I cannot get back on facebook now without giving out an id and birthdate, full name etc. No way do they need that info. I am not doing it. If I could find a way around it I might stay, but I doubt it.
Virtual Box and Legs 1 hour heavy dumbbells Kelly 15's and egg weights used for the boxing
I used 15's and 2# dumbbells
w/up
boxing with running and jacks
heavy weights squats
1 side lunge alternating
boxing
repeat heavy weight squats and alternating side lunge
boxing
heavy weights suitcase deadlifts
frog squats with dumbbells held behind hips pulsing ( I used 1 dumbbells instead of 2 Thinking 1 heavier db would work better than holding 2)
boxing scissors
repeat heavy dead lifts, frog squats
boxing
heavy alternating reverse lunges
boxing
heavy side to side squat
boxing
Judy, that is great that everything went well for your husband. I really could feel the effects of All About Glutes yesterday. That is why I waited to do the virtual workout I did today.
Deb, I think Kelly gets some help with some of the other ladies and the one that is an administrator on her Train Smart facebook group. They have a folder on the facebook group with a lot of info and the rotations hand there as well. Nice work on Live Burn Sets. I know when I did live workouts I wrote the moves down and have a notebook with the ones that I did in it. It is really time consuming when starting a workout not done before and having to write it all out. Sometimes when I do them I preview and jot down moves and just make adjustments during the workout, but that is still extra time spent.
Valerie, some people love living like that. I know they have those downtown here and people like it. They have access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, the river walk etc.. I seems miserable to me. I would like to be far away from my neighbor that I can go sit outside without feeling I am being watched. Not happening where I am, but that is how I feel. High rises seem ridiculous when you think about hauling up groceries and stuff. Probably community mail boxes. Nope, not pleasant at all.
Carolyn, nice work with Walk Strong 3 Intervals. I liked that one. I have heard a lot about Travis Elliot, but never done any of his yoga. I will probably have to miss workouts next week a couple of times unless I want to be up at 5. I am taking my granddaughter to the dentist Thursday and Tuesday is a run off vote. I will have to leave the grandchildren with my husband to go to vote. Not sure if I will go in with my granddaughter for dentist or sit in the car with the 6 year old. I don't have masks here for them so need to talk to my daughter. I know she has some.
Lori, I am so glad that Gigi did so well for you on this trip
Cathy, when my husband was out of country I took my car to the car wash and had them vacuum and wash while I waited, all of the time. My husband goes to one you sit in the car at most of the time, but it does not get the bugs off so well since he gets a lot on his black car driving to work at night. Ends up coming home and cleaning it some more.
I hate it when I wake up like that. This week has been hard as I keep getting to bed around 12 after cleaning and stuff and waking up early for the grandchildren. It would not be so bad if I didn't wake up off and during the night.
