Good morning,

Wow, what a wind storm ovenight. We have about 3 inches of snow, only in the grass, did not stick to the streets. A nice day yesterday, we found this store that roasts and sells it's own coffee. Whole beans or ground. They actually sell a 16 oz pound, not the 13 oz bags that you get in the grocery stores. they have all kinds of gift baskets, and other coffee and tea "stuff" for sale as well, teapots, French press coffee makers etc. You can taste any of their coffees before buying. A fun discovery.

Lori, I hope your shoulder is ok and not an injury. :(. How did the projector screen project work out? I am looking for a gray/blue too for the kitchen. I picked one out for the bathroom when we had it remodeled, and for some reason, it looks more blue than grey. Like you, we got used to it. LOL about your at home coordinating outfit! John asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I told him a year of Cathe Live...:).

Diane Sue, how nice that your family is helping with the remodel.

Judy, Great that you are doing a week of Live workouts, I need to find that Live Barbell workout....maybe do it today. There are so many weight workouts, it's hard to choose sometimes. I bet you were smiling when you figured out how to fix the Apple TV and didn't have to take it to the store. :).

Valerie, that magazine sounds good, real food etc. What do you like for the base of the tostada? As for ballet, I quit when I was 14 because it wasn't "cool" to have to go to ballet class right from school instead of hanging out with my friends. My Mom let me quit, didn't put too much pressure on to stick with it, but she did say I would regret it when I got older, and she was right. I started back at 29 for a few years, but not for anything serious, more for the fun and exercise. Actually had pointe shoes, which I had never gotten to when I was young.

Josie, good luck today,

Hi to Lynda,

A workout, and probably shopping for dog food ingredients.

Take care,

I think I actually bought a copy of GWTW years ago before streaming or anything. I like it, got DH to sit thru it once. I think it's held up pretty well being made so many years ago. DH watched it once. I read the book back then too. watched a few movies this week, none of them too great. Saw the other Steve Jobs one... with Michael Fassbender. did not care for this one. Jobs was a world class jerk and a second movie about him didn't do anything to change that. this one put more focus on the different computer generations.... I have no knowledge of, or interest in, so that dragged out the story line which was to emphasize his strange, alienating personality. so IMO the ashton Kutcher version was more enjoyable. also watched Beasts of no Nation. OK, interesting, but brutal and pointless.

Looked at new washers.... my washer has limped along for 2 years. I thought I'd need to replace it long ago. One of these days it will grind to a halt, want to know what to replace with. was pretty sure I'd get a new high efficiency top loader but now not so sure. Never had a front loader but supposedly some of their original problems have been addressed. anyone have opinions on this? I've heard they get stinky, mold problems, etc but they use less water, spin clothes almost dry, cycles take forever, and cost a lot more. the one we looked at ... whirlpool duet...supposedly fixed these issues.

diane sue... we did all those dances. also the Virginia reel. and in HS I think it was the highland fling. It killed me but I did them all. still can't dance and hate every second. Hope your shoulder settles down. I'd give it a few days off if it's swollen.

Deb, I use a flat tostado shell. they sell 20 or so stacked in a bag. or I use a small handful of tortilla chips, or tostidos "baked scoops", a less caloric approach. DH has drastically cut his corn chip consumption. I was calling it a "major food group" for him. I get less salty chips than the typical bag of doritos.

Hi everyone--

This morning I did Total Body Barbell Bands (74 Min.). I used my padded Firm barbell and never went above 27.5 lbs. I would say this is a high rep workout and I felt everything was worked pretty much to fatigue even though the weight was light.

Lori, I loved GWTW (the book), until I was told bluntly by my 7th grade teacher that it was not an appropriate replacement for The Red Badge of Courage, which we all found boring, but it was supposedly a better choice in literary terms. Undaunted, I was thrilled when they did a theater re-release of GWTW (I think I was in high school by that time), and I persuaded my BFF (the one who is a vet) to go see it. She thought Clark Gable looked like a "greasy pimp" and said it romanticized a rather ugly period in our history. Meanwhile, my only problem was Scarlett's idiotic preference for Ashley Wilkes over Rhett Butler. I don't think I really want to revisit either the book or the film--too disillusioned I guess, but I do remember fondly loving it when I read it at the age of 10 or 11. I also loved Carol Burnett when she did a sendup of that scene where she is trying to impress Rhett and tears down the drapes to make a beautiful gown. Burnett wears the whole rod over her shoulders like a barbell. Cracked.Me.Up.

Deb, I love ballet and wish I had been able to take lessons as a child. Oh well, if you had stuck with it, your feet would probably be a mess. There is that famous poster of a ballerina's feet reminding us, I guess, of what physical sacrifices are made to create the illusion of beauty and grace that is ballet. Balanchine wouldn't let his ballerinas get in the sun either. He wanted their skin to be like white marble. Things have changed a lot though with more dancers who are not Caucasian. We will be seeing several ballet companies this summer at Jacob's Pillow.

Valerie, we have a front-loading Bosch washer and haven't had any problems with it. You can always run a wash with a gallon of white vinegar if it starts to get funny smelling. Sorry about your brother. As my mother would say (she loved cliches), "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink." He and his family sound elephantine, though, so maybe it should be "You can lead an elephant......" I hope for your sake that you don't have to intervene at some point. Are you learning this from your mom or your sister (since you aren't talking to your brother)?

Judy, I liked TBBB quite a bit. I guess you could shorten it a bit by leaving out the core work. Did you use the 20 lb. bodybag throughout?

Diane Sue, I probably should have warned you about the low impact circuit workout. It does have a lot of upper body stuff on it (which is why I like it--I still like my shoulders even at this advanced age).

Hope you had a great ride, Josie!

Off to dinner tonight if we don't get blown away. What is with this weather??? Snow and wind.

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I ended up taking a rest day. I plan on doing a Live workout tonight.
The weather has been so crazy! It started snowing yesterday and the temps just got colder and colder. When I got up
this morning the temp was 23 with a windchill in the teens. Fortunately the snow didn't stick but it's too cold and windy
to enjoy being outside.

Deb-I was smiling when I got the Apple TV working! I still don't know what went wrong with it but hopefully it won't
happen again.

Valerie-I think we are going to need to replace our washer & dryer soon too. We've looked at a few but haven't picked anything yet.

Lynda-I'm glad you liked TBBB. I will do this one again soon. Yes, I used the 20 lb bar all the way through. Next time I will wear my small weighted vest (7 lbs) for the leg work to add a little more weight.

Josie-Hope you are having a great ride!

Hi to Lori & Diane Sue!

Judy

I've reading about front loaders vs top loaders. the new HE top loaders are still looking pretty good to me. the market had gone strongly towards front loaders and then came issues with them. cleaning the door seal, odors, and the market has leaned a bit more toward top loaders again. the new HE top loaders are competitive. use less water but faster cycles, not as noisy spinning. we don't live where water is short. My neighbor had a front loader but sold it in 3 months she hated it so much. I'm not under the gun to decide right now so more opinions welcome!

Lynda, I hear from my sister and mother. interestingly, his sons have nothing to do with him either. don't speak at all, for years now. I only met the boys one time. they were friendly, bright, but my goodness, they were big. I try not to be judgmental but it is such a set up for health issues. and my brother at about 230 is way smaller than his wife or sons! had T2 for at least 20 yrs. My brother developed a very strange personality and habits and doesn't get along with many for long.
Off to do a short workout.

Today I felt I needed a bit of cardio. I did not have much time but I did do some of Cathe Live Pedal Max, 24 minutes 207 calories, 5.27 miles. This gets right into the hills after the warm up, my legs were burning at the start. I may get in a bit of yoga later. My husband has been binge watching House of Cards so I have been kind of keeping up with it even though I am not one to just sit and watch television. I don't know if I like it so much. More politics. It seems like a political soap opera. But then it catches my interest for some reason. I am still fighting this pain thing. It is so annoying. It will be better and then back to hurting.
The work sheet the doctor gave for the shoulder has rotator moves using tubing and stuff on it and I keep thinking that is going to hurt. After researching where the bulk of the pain starts and movement hurts I am thinking it is more the levator muscle area. I am using such light weights compared to what I normally would use for heavy stuff. Also reading I think from what I know works for me and what they say , I am better off with low reps with breaks. Long repetitive motion work cause me to injure myself more easily.
I also read that if it is the scapular area it is best to loosen the knots before stretching otherwise it can make it hurt worse.
Good news for us on the kitchen remodel. The tin ceiling tiles will be here this week. They had said backordered after we had ordered them and it was supposed to be the end of the month. :D THe wall board was put up and my husband textured it. Him and my son in law painted it. Now plywood has to be put on the ceiling and the lighting taken down to be replaced. It really opened things up not having the drop down in one end of the kitchen ceiling for the lighting.

Valerie, I have had two front loaders. After the experience with them we finally bought a HE top loader. I like it so much better. Both front loaders were Kenmore. The started leaking out the door where the water shot into the washer after a few months. I kept a towel on the floor in front of it. Then later we purchased the top of the line front loader from Sears, their elite set in blue. It never leaked but, I kept having to have warranty work done on it and after they had to come out and replace the whole drum I paid for the extended warranty at a big price but better than the nearly 1500 dollars it would have cost for all of the repairs done. The last time the guy came out he told me asked if I had problems with the steam function because they go out after about 18 months and unless it is fixed you can't wash clothes. I would recommend a top loader. Those door seals get slimy and have to be wiped down often. My shoulder was less swollen this morning so I think the stretch and rest helped. Today I just chose the cycling because I knew that would not hurt it. I am feeling somewhat bored though. Anxious to do some real workouts :( I am used to working out much harder than I have been. I guess being 63 I should expect that I need to take it a bit easy but it is hard to get it into my head to slow down and I don't give up easily.

Judy, they had a freeze warning two nights ago and it was really cold. I got up and put on long sleeves and then it got up into the 60's. Today it is supposed to be 80. It is beautiful outside. I took advantage of no wind yesterday and swept up seedlings that are all over outside. That is great that you got the Apple TV back to working correctly.

Lynda, Lorie does have upper emphasis on the live sheets. I was just hoping a little more stuff I could do and it gives me a chance to preview even if I cannot do it all. I love upper body work too. I miss not being able to grab a 30-35# dumbbell for 1 arm row. I can hardly do anything for that area or the shoulders. I previewed the bar and bands workout and it looks good. I guess if it is high rep I should hold off on doing it for awhile.

Deb, I would love to find a coffee place like that. I love all different coffees. I have purchased some coffee that had to be roasted before shipped from Amazon and 16 oz. . I only like to purchase whole bean. It is so much better freshly ground and just roasted. I found an online place where I can order unroasted bean or freshly roasted and it has all kinds of information and coffee gadgets. Even a stainless steel pot for those that fits the Bodum French press. I was researching roasting my own beans. I know some that I have purchased in the store taste like they burned the beans. Sort of like ash or something. Not a good taste to me.

Good evening ladies.

Shoulder feels good. I think I just slept on it wrong. Today I kept it lower focused just in case and did Live Pedal to the Metal then followed up with the kicking section in Live Rockmsockm. Love this section and a great way to finish off a workout.

Deb...what a fun little coffe shop. I bet it smells wonderful. The project came out awesome and we are very pleased. The screen is 120" and it is amazing! I keep calling it our living room but it really is a family room. Years ago it was more formal and the name just stuck. Took longer than expected (isn't that always the case). I think there is a coupon for 15% for a year of Cathe Live.

Valerie...I read the book also and so different from the movie. Hilarious that corn chips was a major food group for your husband!

Diane Sue...yup we watched GWTW on the projector. It's HD and packs a punch for such a tiny thing. So sorry about your shoulder. I did not realize it was swollen too. 2015 winter was so horrific here in New England I ended up hurting my shoulders. One was bugging me before the winter but by the end they both were in agony. Ended up with a cortisone shot in each.

Judy...yeah!!! Glad you got the Apple TV working! Good to know 20lb's worked well.

Lynda...we eneded up with about 2 inches. Pretty much uneventful other than the wind is unbelievable! I never got her infatuation with Ashely!!! I completely forgot Carol Burnett did that!!! I am going to see if I can find it on Youtube. That was pretty funny!!!

Josie...how was your ride?

Have a great night all!

I a l ways loved Carol Burnett. That is so funny.

Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk

OMG I loved Carol burnett with the drapery rod. I remember it so well!!. could not stop laughing. I loved her! also Vicki Lawrence, Harvey, and tim Conway. I always thought Scarlet was such an idiot to go after wimpy Ashley, like it was just a competitive thing, her vs Melanie.

Diane sue, thanks for your honest experience with front loaders. I still have a top loader with an agitator..... It keeps on running although it was leaking oil 2 years ago. we tightened up a few things and it has just kept going. but when it dies, I want the decision already made.

I did most of LBB and leg therapy exercises mixed in. about an hour.

had a great thai dinner at a local place. I forget what mine was called, thai basil, vegies chicken stir fry with rice. coconut ice cream for dessert. I followed Lyndas example and brought home half of it.

Good morning,

Winter is sure here again, now the snow is sticking to the streets and sidewalks. :(. Yesterday I did Live Phat-2. I liked this one a lot, it was tough but doable. I wanted to do the recent Barbell one, but saw it was 73 minutes and changed my mind.

Valerie, that is sad about your brother. What does your sister think about what he did with the house, money etc? I am surprised she is still speaking to him. We bought a new washer a couple years ago, looked at front loaders and decided to go with a top loader. Not sure what all the big hype is about front loaders. I had heard more bad than good about them so we didn't see the point or any of the advantages. Ours is a Whirlpool, HE ( which I think the majority are now). no agitator, and I love it. I like the type of load choices it has, and that it is a large capacity. It's pretty quiet, I guess that is because it does not have an agitator? This is the one we have:

http://www.whirlpool.com/-[WTW8500BW]-1021887/WTW8500BW/

Lynda, how was dinner last night? More of Kim's pork? is that Barbell Band workout easily shortened? ..does she do the bb parts and band separately? You're right about the feet of a ballerina...ugh....I never would have gone far, too short I think. At the time if I remember right, ballerinas had to be pretty tall and very thin. LOL.

Judy, true to form we got your weather a day later. Ours from last night did stick....ugh. How are the kitties?

Diane Sue, I don't think I could get into a political type show, right now, all you need to do is go on line and see all of that happening in real life. :), You need to post some pics of your kitchen when it is done, would love to see it. The coffee place is here:
http://www.premiumcoffeeroasters.com/
The prices in the store are very reasonable and they roast their own beans. For every 6 pounds you buy you get a pound free!

Lori, glad your shoulder is better. Thanks for posting that clip. I sometimes forget how great real humor was back in the day, no foul language, no racy stuff.....Yes, as soon as we stepped into the coffee place I just stopped and took a large inhale. The lady behind the counter laughed, she said that is what everyone does.

Josie, how was the ride?

I have an eye appointment this morning, my yearly check up...hope to get a workout in before that, cardio is on the schedule. Also making a nice soup in the slow cooker....this is definitely soup weather...

Take care,

Deb, the hype when front loaders first got popular was way less water use and spinning out water so thoroughly that clothes were almost dry. a big energy saving, both water volume and less drying time. center agitator top loaders could not compare. Now the cycle is changing back toward top loaders without an agitator. they use way less water than old top loaders and now the differences in performance are less.
The salesman quickly addressed the odor problem and said how little water front loaders use, and explained how odor issue had been addressed. I will look at the link ... I was looking at whirlpool too. ETA the names have changed but this is the one I was looking at, although it has a different name now.
I use the top loader tub to soak things that only need hand washing like sleeping bags, tents, goretex jackets..... things that don't absorb water. those won't work in a front loader. I always forget something and want to add it after the cycle starts, easier with a top loader.
Prices seem to have "equalized" as front loaders were more $$$ at first. and they came in matched sets, in colors, on pedestals, etc. the salesman said top loaders needed loads to keep a hole in the center where the post used to be. I haven't heard any other mention of that anywhere. I wanted to be open to the front loader idea, lots of people like them. Lynda has had good experience with hers. but I'm leaning back toward a HE top loader.

I got kind of sore from the LBB workout yesterday. It's weird how all the riding, we did some TOUGH hills, just doesn't work things the same way.

My sister speaks to him as little as possible. she has little to do with him. she contacted a senior service agency and reported him for abusive behavior and for "grooming" another older lady in the area. we think he had plans to get possession of her car and maybe her house. the agency found and notified her out of town family members and the woman was moved out of the area and our brother was "fired". He has a habit of "helping" older people with the hopes of getting written into their wills or getting "things' from them. He does do helpful things but it's all part of a plan to get something in return. He does do a lot of good things but the intention is not always "pure".

No worries...no ballerina body here either and their poor feet!.

Hi Ladies,

The ride went very well, it was beautiful and it smelled amazing. We rode through orange and lemon groves on the way to Ventura then came back on Highway 126 which is always the boring part for me. I felt very strong, all of my workout have paid off. The ride was on Saturday and yesterday I went to San Diego to visit my DF who had the accident and got to see my DS and his family.

My DF looks good, but she is still not able to to stand up. She has a deep cut on her left groin area that the doctors are waiting for it to close enough to graph it. She is in for a long recovery.

Deb, I did get the massage and it helped tremendously. I still feel a bit of a pinch and after picking up my grandkids yesterday it got worst. I have been applying heat.

Lori, glad that your shoulder is better. I have been sleeping without a pillow and it seems to help my issue.

Valerie, my mom is the same way as your brother. She knows what to do but refuses to do it. I have stopped giving her advice.

Judy, which youtube video do you do for cycling?

Garance, I still watch Carol Burnett on METV at night. I used to watch her show all the time.

Hi to Diane Sue!

Josie

Hi everyone--

This morning I did Live RS (53 min.). I think this one is more advanced than the ICE RS. She does some tabatas in the first half, and the second half is primarily kicking and more impact, but I really liked it overall for cardio. I wore 1 lb gloves in the first half.

Lori, you are right about the second half being a good add-on to other cardio. Sounds like you now have your own little movie theater. How grand! Thanks for the Carol Burnett flashback. I guess they really don't do variety shows like that any more, except for SNL which is too late for me to stay up and is very uneven.

Deb, fyi Amazon is offering a free trial month of Showtime. You could watch Billions or The Affair or Homeland. Kim loves Billions and I liked the first season of Homeland. Yep, it's snowing here and we have about 4 inches--more than we have had all year I think. It might have been pretty in December or January, but now I just find it tiresome. I knew this would happen and I'm glad I didn't take my snow tires off. I had pork carnitas tacos and a beet and avocado salad off the regular menu last night. It was very tasty but they changed their comfort sunday menu so I was disappointed because I wanted the chilaquiles and tostadas. No, she intertwines the bands with the barbell. I guess you could cut off the core work at the end or split the workout into parts, because she moves from body part to body part.

Diane Sue, if you were doing that heavy lifting, I can certainly see how frustrating it must be. I am so envious of your 80 degree weather. It sounds like you are doing a major home improvement.

Josie, that sounds like a lovely ride with the lemon and orange groves. Do you ever cycle through wine country? Sorry about your friend. Did you mean skin grafting on that groin wound?

Valerie, I can see why you have issues with your brother. He sounds a bit scary to me. Isn't he also a hoarder?

Hi to Judy!

Today I did Cath7 Live Leg Blast with High Step. I omitted the overhead presses on the moves that used them. I just raised the weight a bit. This is a high rep lower weight workout. Not a lot of cardio in it. 57 minutes, 317 calories. I was in so much pain last night in my shoulder blades an neck up to the base if the skull. I did not do anything that should have caused it over the weekend either.
The workout went like this: They use a barbell with 10's and 5's ready for later. I just used dumbbells.
6 minute warm up
step with one riser power 15's, raise to 2 risers running man, raise to e risers up and overs with pulses with 10#
foot on step knee pulls with 10# right then do on left
jacks
BW leg lifts alternating
10# dumbbell squat press, 10 squat press q leg lifts,
10# each hand lateral walks 4 side to side
high step up up down down
12# step ups
squat press 12# 20 reps
lateral walks 12# each
jaxks

12# alternating reverse lunge off high step singles and pulses
10# weight plates on bar(U ysed 15's) squats, close squats, wide squats
2 risers elevated lunge Body Weight, singles and doubles, on the first side there is an addition of fanning the arms up and down.
Barbell Front squat increase weight to 2/10's and 2/ 5's I USED 15'S singles and pulses high reps
Static lunge with bar and 5# plates I used 15's and my legs were fried by the end

I will be back to read. I have to take things back to Home Depot and head to one of our suburb cities to pick up Nextgard and HeartGard for Gertie. I like this vet and continue to make the trip to him even though it is a bit inconvenient.

Hi Everyone,

Last night I did KCM Plateau Buster and this morning I did an hour of indoor riding. I'm having trouble with Cathe Live. It's not the Apple TV, as I was able to stream video from Spinervals. I'm going to have to take some time and do some troubleshooting. Hopefully I can do a Live workout tomorrow.

Deb-Chino & Shadow are doing well. Chino is over 14 lbs now. He is a big boy. Shadow is only 9 lbs and I don't think she will get any bigger.
It is freezing here today! It's 34 degrees with a windchill of 24. The forecast for the next 10 days doesn't look much better.

Valerie-I can also see why you have issues with your brother. :( I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

Josie-I'm glad you got to see your DF. I hope she has a good recovery.
Great job on your ride!
Here are the youtube ride videos I like:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpKxEB56gzui7KyP-Oa9Us8d4UEid4A6h

I've been using these for a couple of years. I always make a donation at their paypal link when they upload a new one.

Diane Sue-thanks for the info on the front loading washing machines. I hope that your shoulder gets better and you can start doing more of the workouts that you like to do. I know how bad I feel when I can't do the workouts that I want to. Chris hurt his shoulder at the gym this week and he is going to have to take at least 2 weeks off of lifting.

Hi to Lynda & Lori!

Judy

Valerie, I still think the old top loaders with the agitators cleaned so much better than the new HE washers. I often wonder ho the clothes can get clean when I look in the top and it seems the clothes are rocking around in a puddle. My grandson would stuff so many clothes in their HE top loader and when I would go pull them out they weren't even all wet. Then now they sell you laundry booster additives and washer cleaners long with the detergent which just makes me think they are making money because the washers are not as good. Also all of the computerized gadgets just make it much more costly to try to repair. It used to be that we could just change out a motor or on driers the belt or element and fix it ourselves without so much cost. I am probably not saving much water or power because I almost always do the second rinse so I feel like the clothes are clean. One plus though is that I can put a comforter in and wash it and things don't get wrapped around the agitator. I do rolling with balls and the foam roller and stretches and arm movements before and after the workouts. My whole body needs it.

Deb, thanks for the link to the coffee company. Their prices are really reasonable. My daughter goes to a coffee place in Edmond Oklahoma, another surrounding city to buy hers. You get spoiled when you taste good coffee and have to drink the not so good. My other daughter buys the big tubs of Maxwell House and Folgers. To me it is not good plus they leave it sit all day until it is used up out of the pot. I got the bottom of the pot Sunday and it was nasty tasting. I bookmarked your coffee shop for later. Yes, there is politics all over the internet. I always try to click through the yahoo front page quickly so I don't have to see all of the latest.

Josie, I am glad that your long ride went well. That is nice that you also got to see your friend and your DS while you were there. I always loved the smell of the orange blossoms.

Lynda, I can see the cold weather and snow getting tiresome.. It is beautiful here again today. We have a cold front coming in but here a cold front may be 50 degrees high. The mentioned the northern part of the state maybe having some frost. We got more snow in the northern part of the state. They also mentioned our weather patterns and this season we generally have around 11 tornados a season. They already had one in Tulsa that caused damage.

Judy, I have problems streaming you tube but have not had any problems with Cathe Live on the same television and set up. I really do dislike having to troubleshoot my equipment. It should just work but that is not always the case. That is good that your husband is taking a break from the gym. I hope it gets better quickly.

Good evening ladies!

This morning I did SB Barre Hiit which was amout 30 minutes. That was my only workout. The snow here today is ridiculous. Horrible ride home. Thank goodness I still had my snow tires on. We usually take them off by now but last week we heard possible snow so we decided to wait. I was in several situations coming home that they got me thru. I would have been stuck for sure.

The Carol Burnett show was pretty funny. I agree with you Lynda about variety shows. I think SNL is it. How did you make out with the weather? We are loving our little movie theater! I think my son's mouth will drop next time he visits.

Deb...I loved Phat2. Even more so than the first one. Have you done the first? Thanks for the link to coffee shop. I will ne sure to look at it immediately after posting!

Valerie...great you are doing research on washers. We will be needed one in the next year. I have been leaning towards top loading without agitator. Very sad with your family. I can see why you would be sore after LBB. Been a while since I have done that one but remember it being a tough one.

Josie...so glad your friend is doing well. Sounds like a tough recovery. She is fortunate to have you as a caring friend. Your ride sounded lovely! Ohhhh to have warm weather!

Diane Sue..I have not done that Live workout. Thanks for the breakdown. I need to do a home depot return run also. I love that it is so easy to do so. I feel for you with your shoulder!

Judy...it was 27 when I left the office to come home this evening. With all the snow and clearing the car my hands hurt. When I got in the car I had to sit on them for a bit to help calm the pain. Nice to know it will be gone soon. So sorry about Chris' shoulder. Hoping he is well soon. Oh no! I would cry if I could not access my Cathe Live! Hoping you getbthis working soon!

I updated the Cathe Live Spread sheet and posted under Live and On Demand tab. Let me know if you would like the excel sheet.

Have a great night all!
