Happy Easter!
No workout yesterday, and probably none today. Getting ready for the family brunch. I hope everyone has a great day.

Judy, I can't believe you are supposed to get snow again! That is not nice. I hope we don't get any here, although we usually get Michigan weather a day later. I like the exercises in those workouts, but wish they has some music.

Valerie, sorry you are still feeling so awful. Do you have a fever? Lucky you have an "in-house" doctor. What does he think? I have a Facebook sign on, and go on to see what may be posted, but I rarely post anything. I also belong to our dog club membership group.

Diane Sue, when you go to MFP, right at the top of the newsfeed page is the alert with a link to their message. I also got an email from them.

Carolyn, good to listen to your body. How nice that your daughter is home!

Lori, that is great that Bob made it and will get to spend some time with his uncle and family.

Enjoy the day!

Good morning!. I am vastly better today and actually slept last night. about 10 lovely hours. I was so exhausted.... I thought I'd fall asleep every time I sat down yesterday. we did some gardening. DH did a massive amount while I snuggled down in a quilt inside. then went outside after it warmed up and planted peas, spinach, and beets. I liked those golden beets so much I'm growing them. we'll see how it works.

I plan to go on an easy walk/hike tomorrow ( assuming it isn't raining)with cousin and wife to celebrate my birthday which was Friday. I was way too sick to do anything and would not expose others to my virus. I will try to do a light workout today. Wow, what a dramatic change in a day!

I was just wondering how you all feel about facebook. I have used it for pics from people I don't see, and have joined groups who buy/sell things locally and have a closed group. It seems our data is available to anyone who will pay for it, and how it gets used afterwards. I have an inaccurate very minimal profile there and I certainly would not get news from there. with all the hacks, it certainly seems like online lives are for sale. when my last computer died, I didn't reconnect with some accounts I used to have MFP was one of them. I am currently using WW.
Deb, he is not very sympathetic. no fever, tho initially I think I had one. he doesn't get as sick with head colds as I do, acts like a big deal over nothing. I have had plenty of "light " colds that were no biggie, but this one was pretty rough on me.

Hello Ladies,
Today is another rest day, a planned one. We went to church and came home for our lunch. It was a larger than usual midday meal just because of the type of food that we had. This was my main meal for the day and I will probably have a salad for dinner.

Valerie, I am glad that you are getting back to normal. I have a Facebook account but I never post anything and I don’t use it for news. I signed up when I did the NGs program and joined their closed group. Other than the NGs, I only look at a couple of fitness trainers on Facebook. I am very annoyed by these programs and their use of data.

Happy Easter everyone and have a wonderful day.

Good evening ladies,

This morning was a SB’s advanced lower body, Cathe’s low impact conditioning from Thursday and ended with SB’s Thigh and Seat bounce. Total time was 73 mins / 515 cal. I also took GiGi for another 2.5m walk. Little cooler today but the sun was out so that was nice.

Judy..we are getting snow tomorrow too. Ugh. Do not think it will accumulate to much. But just the idea of snow stinks.

Valerie...glad you are on the mend. I do post on FB but not a lot as much as I used to. I do love my fitness groups that I participate in.

Carolyn...my son and I did do Chinese and I ate too much. It was early in the afternoon and I went for the walk with GiGi after. Needed it after this meal.

Have a great evening all!

No workout today. We had a fun Easter Sunday. It was cold here today. It is 37 this evening. They said it felt like 28 this morning. After our warm days I was all ready to wear a spring dress for church , but it is too cold and plans changed.

Deb, thanks for the information on My Fitness Pal. I rarely read those notifications. I see it now. I need to go look up my log in information, as I hardly ever use it.

Valerie, that is great that you are feeling that much better. Being a doctor, I can see why your husband would not feel that much sympathy and compassion after seeing years of complaints. Happy belated birthday. I hope you have a pleasant hike. I am not prone to giving accurate information. No one would be able to look me up by my name. Facebook does try to get info out of you and I won't give them my phone number. I have mine pretty private. I also do not use it to link to other accounts, I use my email instead. I hate how everything wants you to sign in with your facebook log in. I have so many passwords and user names I have to keep a record of them , as I don't use the same ones. I don't trust those places that claim to give you one password for everything. If they got hacked then they would have everything.

Carolyn, we had a fairly large meal. I had salad for dinner after so much indulgence. I check out fitness people on facebook occasionally as well.

Lori, we had drizzle with our cold this morning, but thankfully no snow. I love chinese food, other than it is generally so loaded with sodium. We have a place that we like to go and a lot of the time I just get the steamed veggies and the steamed rice.

Good morning,

A really nice day yesterday. We had brunch here for the family, then we went to my friend's daughter's house ( she is my godchild) for coffee and dessert later.

Valerie, Happy Birthday! I hope you get to celebrate when you are feeling up to it. Glad to hear you are better. Wow....10 hours of sleep is amazing! I would kill for that or even 8 hours.

Carolyn, that sounds like a lovely day. I didn't have dinner either, but wished I had when I had to eat a slice of pizza at 9:00 pm because I was starving! :(.

Lori, does Gigi look forward to those walks like Chester did? I bet she does.

Diane Sue, I changed my password in MFP, then looked up on my list anywhere I had used that same password and changed those as well. Sometimes technology can be such a pain.

Judy, what type of projects do you have planned for this week? Did you get any more snow?

Puppy class this morning after a workout...

Take care,

Hi Everyone,

We had a quiet Easter. Saturday I did a short indoor ride and yesterday I did Walk Strong 3-1 Mile of Motivation and Total Body Stretch.

Deb-That sounds like a very nice Easter! The projects we are working on are painting, replacing the kitchen counter top and cabinets, and the vanity in the downstairs bathroom and installing new flooring. We also want to remodel the master bathroom, but we will have to hire someone to do that. We didn't make much progress this weekend, other than planning. We made a few trips to Home Depot and Menards and we have a better idea of what we want to do now.

Valerie-Happy Birthday! I enjoy Facebook and my experience has been more positive than negative. I'd never use it for a news source and I keep my page secure. I don't accept friend requests unless it's someone I know or someone that I recognize from a fitness group. I have 2 step login set up so I get a code sent to my phone when I login and I change my password regularly.

Lori-The latest forecast calls for possible snow Thursday and Friday, but it looks like we aren't getting any snow today. Northern Michigan could get up to a foot of snow tomorrow.

Carolyn-That sounds like a very nice Easter!

Diane Sue-I don't trust those online password managers either. I also have different passwords and user names for my accounts. So far I haven't had any issues with Facebook. I did have problems with Twitter. This was a few years ago. I think Twitter is more secure now.

Judy

Yesterday was a much better day. I am still congested but I did a 40 min ride on the spin bike just to start getting active. I did a few standing sections but not a lot of heavy breathing yet or I will cough too much.

today we will do an easy hike and go out to lunch with cousin to celebrate my birthday.
It snowed last night, a brief spring storm of sleet, wind, hail. it woke me up with all the loud splattering on roof and windows. everything still coated this morning.

thank you all for the facebook ideas. I've gotten messages from a spammer who I think tapped into either my account or my nieces. we both have changed passwords etc but still occasional problems. it is almost certainly connected to facebook just by "who" the messages come from. I don't want to close the account without something to replace it but I still have some concerns. I will see if I can do some of the things you mentioned. I never ever log into anything else thru facebook. no phone number. inaccurate DOB. etc. I still am ticked our overall data was used to recklessly.

This morning I did Jessica Smith’s WS3 Metabolic Conditioning which was 34 minutes and 181 calories burned. Average heart rate was 123 and maximum heart rate 151. I had my early morning mammogram appointment which didn’t take long at all. When I got home I did Barre Amped Cardio Bounce, Total Body Bounce and Stretch for 32 minutes and 152 calories burned. Average heart rate with that was 115 and maximum heart rate was 150.

Lori, that was a good workout yesterday. You really don’t need to add core work to your routine with all of the SB workouts. I always feel her workouts deep in my core area.

Diane Sue, I’m glad that you had a good Easter with your family. It sounds like a lot of fun even with the cold weather. It was definitely a salad dinner for me.

Judy, you have good security measures with your Facebook account. I am considering deleting my account since I don’t really use it. Your home improvement projects sound interesting. We need to replace our countertops, but will have someone do it. We have learned over the years that we aren’t very good with projects :). I like to learn to do them but my husband has zero interest.

Valerie, I hope you can enjoy your birthday lunch.

Hello to Deb.

Good evening ladies,

Today was a rest day. My legs, especially my shins are so sore! Been a while since I have walked GiGi. All winter we have just been playing fetch in the yard for her exercise. Funny how much I work out and I am sore after wlking her 2 days. If you remember she pretty much pulls me like a rag doll. I wrap her lead around my waist for greater support. Then while she pulls I am pulling back and my feet are stomping the entire time. It is an amazing workout so I do not mind...but boy, until I get used to it again I will be hurting for a bit. Did not walk her this evening. Needed to pick Bob up at the airport. I was good with the rest.

Valerie...Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry I missed that. Hope you enjoyed your hike and lunch with your cousin.

Diane Sue...was cold here today and it snowed for most of the day. Did not accumulate to a lot but still hd to brush my car off. :( Did you entire family visit for easter dinner?

Deb...GiGi loves her walks as much as Chester. She loves people and being outside. I will be calling about Doggie Day care at our Vets tomorrow. Going to put her in for 1 day a week and if she likes it then 2 or 3 days. She needs to release her energy! In the warmer months they have a little water park they make up for the dogs. This she will love! Brunch with the family is always nice!

Judy...your projects sound great! The next project, as soon as it is a little warmer, is to revamp our screened in patio...We need to paint and update furniture. Can’t wait to start this. Ugh a foot of snow. That is terrible.

Carolyn...I agree with SB and working your core..I always feel her workouts in my core. Nice workout today. BBS released a new App in Itunes. Not sure how I feel about it. It costs more and you can do a live workout they post (which I like) or the suggested workout for you based on your goals. I like to have the option to select a workout if I do not like what they have selected and the new app does not allow. Or at least as far as I can tell. Her old app is still up but not sure if it will stay up.

Have a great night all!

Today I did Z Cut Power cardio workout #4 and warm up, 25 minutes, met 5.7, 158 calories, heart rate 114 average, max 159, 883 steps. I then did Build and Burn Cardio Core, heart rate average 134, max 169, met 6.0, 185 calories, 2052. Total time was 53 minutes, calories burned 341. I needed to get done early. My daughter and grandchildren came over and helped her with sewing a dress. She got the whole dress done today :) We had it all cut out and ready to go ahead of time. I went through my Z Cut workouts and I have done all of the disc 1 power cardio and disc 1 power strength. I checked and there are only 4 power strength workouts that I have not done and I have the other two power cardio workouts to do. I chose the cardio core from Build and Burn since the Z Cut had the sit ups in it and hit the core as most of these workouts do. I would have added abs if I had time.
Z Cut was done in 5 tabata rounds for each exercise all 5 rounds 1 exercise before you moved to the next exercise 20 on 10 off
180 degree burpees 5 rnds and 6 reps each round
jump lunge 16 reps 4 rounds 20 reps ton the 5th round
push ups 5 rounds 12 reps
sit ups 8 reps each round
sumo squat jumps 18 reps 5 rnds

Deb, I was going to try to change my password on MFP last night , but had shut my laptop down and I couldn't do it using the tablet. The password is an old one and I have nothing near what it is. I feel like I have had enough dessert to last quite awhile :) I hate that when I find myself really hungry and going for the one thing that is right there to take care of the hunger without a lot of prep work. Night time is the worst. I have lots of boiled eggs :) In the years past we colored them when the family arrived and made deviled eggs to go with dinner. That is always time consuming and everyone is hungry. Dinner was ready and we just decided to color them after dinner. My grandson 3 wanted to check if they were dry today and said he wanted one. When I asked him if he liked boiled eggs he said no00! I will take a roll instead. I turned some of them into a potato salad which my husband had today and last night I made him some deviled eggs for his snack. I am sure we can do something with 20 boiled eggs :)

Judy, your remodeling projects sound like they will be really nice. It sure can become a mess while doing it, but is so wonderful when done. My Dad used to talk about going to a Menards in Nebraska all of the time. As far as I know there are none around here. I joined twitter years ago just to read Tracey Staehle's stuff. I have not used it in years.

Valerie, I always hear the rain and sleet when it comes at night. The glass roofed sun room is attached to our bed room on one side and living room on the other. So there is not getting away from hearing it. We really want to do away with that glass ceiling. The messenger through facebook had something that came through to me recently with someone with one of my husbands name ids, which instantly made me alert because they were requesting to follow me??? The writing was the type that I have seen in Iraq lettering. I declined and deleted it. I hardly use the messenger. I use it on my tablet and have been wary of it because my Avast anti virus on the tablet has warned me repeatedly that Messenger has a bad reputation. I don't use it on my cell. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times on my tablet. The problem is one of my brothers does not have texting and the other one, for some reason, texting has not been working for me. My aunt uses messenger as well and so this is the only reason I use it. My husband sends me pages with crafts and recipes he thinks I should check out through messenger. Anyway, I am wary of using it and it is part of facebook. It is near impossible as far as we can see to completely get rid of accounts on facebook. We set one up with my other dog once as a secondary account for me. It used one of my email addresses. We have cancelled it many times over the years and I still get emails for this dog. Facebook once messed up my e mails and name and sent something out like I had set up a new account for my dog with my most used e mail. I had people re-friending me thinking I was now my dog. I had to contact them and tell them that I was not the dog. I don't know how to get it to stop. My husband has went in and tried and he is good with using facebook since he uses it all of the time. I hope that you had a pleasant birthday celebration today.

Carolyn, that was a good heart rate for Barre Amped Bounce. I was surprised at how low mine was with the Z Cut Cardio. I think maybe because the Fit Bit doesn't really start picking up the heart rate well till around 15 minutes into the workout. This is a short workout with about 7 minutes of the 25 being warm up. I am lucky that my husband worked for a construction crew that was doing interior remodeling of town homes when we first moved to Oklahoma. For awhile in California he worked for a company that built window shutters and he built and installed them. I sewed curtains to fit the ones that had curtain panels in them. Sometimes I was a bit apprehensive because I had one in particular that brought some silk back from one of their out of country trips and wanted me to make the curtain inserts. I was so worried I would mess something up. As for counters, I think we would still rather have them done. Although we have looked at ways to update things in the kitchen ourselves.

Lori, that sounds like when I went to the zoo with my daughter recently. My calves and legs were sore the next day. Gertie gets excited and tugs and I have to really grasp with both hands and tug her back into place. She usually settles down once we are going for a bit. I don't know why dogs want to do that. I don't take her out on leash enough. I saw a belt with hook ups on it to attach the a dog leash to for running with your dog on Amazon. I was showing my granddaughter 9 and mentioned that if that was Gertie I would probably be face planted down that hill the woman appeared to be running on in the picture. I figured the first squirrel that ran across would have me hurling somewhere. Maybe my sling shot bungee thing with the two belts would work LOL (one of us would bungee right back ) The device is really meant for training in running raises so when one passes the other they get some resistance.
Yes, my entire family was here plus one of the granddaughter's boyfriends.

Seriously, just thinking about that sun room makes me wonder what they were thinking when that was installed. It was a patio. It is not even a good spot for a patio. Our houses are too close together. It just faces a sidewalk and brick wall. So, they glassed it in with the glass roof (that wants to leak all of the time no matter how many times we try to fix it) and it is a hot box in summer and cold in the winter. We covered the ceiling with some insulated stuff and put curtains over the glass panels in the ceiling with those spring tension rods just to block some of the heat. It has a ceiling fan, but is mainly used as a place for play things, a small television with dvd player and a table and couple of chairs for the grandchildren. I don't know why anyone would want one at this point.

Good morning,

Yesterday I did the recent Live "Low Impact Conditioning Express", 36 minutes, 199 calories. I liked this one a lot. Cathe has some great new low impact cardio moves, ones I have never seen before.

Judy, those are some very ambitious projects! It's great that you and Chris are so handy. I can honestly say, we would be hiring someone to do all of them.

Valerie, that is scary about a spammer getting into your account. What do they actually do/want? I have very limited experience with FB. I have the highest privacy settings and rarely post. I will "like" some other peoples posts/pictures, but that is about it.

Carolyn, great combo of workouts! Hope all is well with the mammogram.

Lori, yes, those walks sound like a workout for sure. Did you see the news article about Kelly Ripa and her husband doing something similar on vacation? ...your walk with Gigi reminded me of that. They actually named it as a workout. https://www.purewow.com/news/kelly-ripa-mark-consuelos-vacation-workout. A couple of days of a play group would be good for Gigi.

Diane Sue, 20 boiled eggs would definitely be a challenge to use. :). I also do not like to use Messenger on FB. Why some people use that instead of just calling or texting is beyond me.

A workout, then class with Kylee at noon,

Take care,

Good Morning,
Today I did Build and Burn Cardio Core for 27 minutes and 177 calories burned. My average heart rate was 128 and maximum heart rate was 159. After that I did WS3 Barefoot Cardio Core which was 32 minutes and 176 calories burned. Average heart rate was 121 and maximum heart rate 145. My total workout time was 59 minutes and 350 calories burned. These two workouts were very similar in calories burned and heart rates.

Deb, it’s good that you enjoyed the Live Low Impact Conditioning. Maybe Cathe is trying out new low impact moves for possible ICE 2.

Diane Sue, the Cardio Bounce is a good short workout. I am surprised at how quickly my heart gets up with rebounding. I followed Jess with the higher jumping for most of the workout.

Lori, your dog walking workout was a nice change. I saw BBS on a television show again last night. They showed a clip of her workouts with Jennifer Garner and she did a short interview discussing them.

Valerie, I looked at a clip of the Chrissy Carter yoga. It seems fast paced for a beginner workout. You might look at the Jane Adams Gentle Yoga for Beginners. She definitely goes more slowly with good explanations of the movements.

Hello to Judy.

Today I did Z Cut Power Strength disc 2 workouts 6 and 7 with the warm up, 45 minutes, heart rate average 110 average, 147 max, met 5.0, 248 calories, 1,068 steps. I then did Kelly Coffey's Body Design light cardio sculpting and leaner lower body with the cool down, 35 minutes, 1,236 steps, heart rate average 116, max 151, met 5.0, 191 calories. Total time was 80 minutes, 439 calories. I have two more Z cut strength workout to do and I will have done all of them. I still have a lot of the cardio to do though. By the time I do one of those I do not want to add another. They are tough.
Z Cut Power Strength
workout 6 time challenge 3 rounds she uses a chair for this workout
10 burpee, push ups into step ups (high step 5 risers)
30 round kicks with backward lunge 15 reps right 15 left
10 elevated planks leg lift knee tucks alternating legs (high step)
10 triceps dips w/ leg lifts 5 right then 5 left(high step)

10 plank jumps into side to side push up (this was hard to get through)

Body Design 5# and 8# for the light cardio
leaner lower
15# dumbbells for squats, reverse lunge, deadlift knee buckle, walk out side to side, lunge pulses, deadlift/plié
5# ankle weights for the chair work

Deb, my husband always says, why don't they just call? I guess a lot is the convenience of leaving a message when you know someone may be working or involved in something. Getting a call in the middle of a task is not always welcome. My aunt travels and it is a good way for her to touch base. I guess everybody is just attached to their media. It is nice to get texts with pictures of things the grandchildren are doing :) Have fun with Kylee and class today.

Carolyn, I have noticed that at times with my workouts that if two workouts are around the same length, the heart rate zones are very similar. Even if I feel one is much tougher (like Z Cut) I have been surprised at the heart rate with these workouts and would have expected it to be much higher since I was huffing and puffing through them. I follow Jess on the SB bounce workout too.

Carolyn, hope all goes well with the mamm.
I think there are 3 workouts on the |disk and one was slower than the one DH played. I will look at the Jane one if this is too fast.

we tried to ski this morning, but didn't work out. seem to be in a another stretch of things not working for us. I am finding my jeans loosening up quite a bit so need to weigh. I almost hate to, since I seem to be finally succeeding.

Deb, I have no clue why someone would send me emails with someone else's name on then, but it has happened many times and always from people on the facebook friends list. You can tell the link will not be good.... so they never get opened but discarded instantly. no idea why anyone bothers to do it. I thought it was my niece's account with the problem, but it could have been mine, so I changed the pw several times, as did she. but every now and then, one still shows up. Crazy. I never signed up for Messenger for exactly this reason.

a good walk yesterday but pretty easy, and a good lunch with family. a pleasant day, and a lot better than Friday was.

Valerie, after looking at a preview of the Energize practice on Chrissy Carter’s dvd it seems to more like a beginner practice. This was a longer preview than the one I saw earlier and was a different practice. I’m sure you will find the one that works for you. I’m glad that you are better and that you had a good day yesterday.

Good evening ladies,

This morning was a SB lower body w balance and stretch. Felt great for my legs. I then did 2 Bellicon Bounces.

Diane Sue...awesome workouts! We love our screened in patio. We have a solid roof so the heat and water are not an issue. We spend quite a bit of time out there through the summer. We bring out a TV and will spend a Friday or Saturday watching movies. I strung white Christmas lights all around the edge of the ceiling on three sides. Looks pretty and provides the perfect lighting. I am a Jessie follower too! That is a lot of eggs. Glad you could use them up. Your grandson sounds so cute!!

Deb...I loved the most recent Live too. Great workout and it was a perfect length for me. Thanks for the link. Going to watch it after I post. I have a meet and greet with GiGi on Thursday morining. If all goes well (no reason it shouldn’t) she will start on Friday. I am very excited for her. She will love it. I feel like a parent sending their child off to preschool!! Funny how we love our pets.

Carolyn...Jennifer Garner is a huge BBS fan. There are some things I love about the new app and some things I prefer the old way. My biggest issue is I do not like that I can’t pick and choose what workout I want to do, the new app chooses for you. Unlikely, I will continue. Sad because I really liked her workouts. Oh well...I have plenty to keep me busy.

Valerie...nice your jeans are feeling good. I never weigh myself anymore. As long as my clothes fet well I am good. I have a pair or shorts I put on every now and then and if they fit then all is food. :)

Have a great night all!!!

Good morning,

Yesterday I did Live PHA 3, 46 minutes, 263 calories.

Carolyn, lots of nice core work! Do you do that WS workout actually barefoot? yes, that would be great if the new low impact moves that were in the recent Live are going to be included in the new ICE series. They were fun.

Diane Sue, wow, those workouts do seem tough. Sometimes I feel like people do not really want to talk anymore...just get whatever they are thinking out there, and don't want a discussion. I guess we are all like that sometimes. Just a sign of the times.

Valerie, glad you are better and it sounds like you had a really nice birthday celebration lunch.

Lori, I am sure Gigi will love the day care, there is a doggy day care/play group place here that has it so you can "check in" and watch your dog during the day, from your office, home etc.

Hi to Judy,

Take care,

I did a whole slug of shopping yesterday to replace the ski we didn't do. we'd both bought new boots. we didn't try the new ones carefully enough at home and when we got to the snow, we both realized our boots were too big. euro sizing is always an issue for me. so much difference between sizes. I thought I could use thick socks to take up extra. no. DH could not either. we returned both the boots. I wish we had the option to try things on, but nobody stocks these anymore. it's mail order or nothing. it's almost end of ski season for us but we might try again this season, smaller size.
Deb, I agree, people don't phone chat much anymore. texting or email works better, everyone stays on topic that way. talking on a smart phone is awkward. when I talk to "non cell phone" family, the land line is much better. especially my mother. she has poor hearing and getting her to turn down TV volume is a major project. bad connections make talking close to impossible.

Lauri "all is food"? or "all is good"? too funny...an autocorrect or intentional?. I'm not sure what I've done recently to finally lose. I got more rigid with snacking. I have actually been working out less lately, something I need to change. I shifted our dinners to lean protein, several vegetables, and or a salad. I quit making home made ice cream. DH likes Healthy choice fudge bars and I do too, but I rely on him giving me a small bite before he finishes it. the whole bar is about 100 cal. less calories than ice cream. my jeans are looser. He is trying to lose a little too, but he's a voracious snacker. I got pistachios in shells to slow him down but he's more efficient at popping them open.
I'm probably going to drop WW again since I don't track as much. will have to see when my renewal is due. I seem to do better without tracking as the process makes me think about food more than if I don't track. also have removed sweetener of all kinds. ETA I weighed in and down a total of 6 lbs. not exactly racing to the goal. still, better than NOT being down.

This morning I did WS3 One Mile of Motivation which was 15 minutes and 114 calories burned. Average heart rate was 133 and maximum heart rate was 143. After that I did WS3 Total Body strength workout for 32 minutes. Calories burned with that was 156, average heart rate 119, and maximum heart rate 146.

Deb, yes I do the WS3 Barefoot Cardio Core without shoes. It’s one of the fusion workouts in the series.

Valerie, buying footwear online is frustrating for me too. There is so much variation between brands for the same size. It sounds like you got what you needed from WW. When you don’t have much weight to lose it’s those small changes that make a difference.

Hello to everyone and have a great day.
