Wednesday I did a 45-minute Peloton Power Zone ride and yesterday I did Muscle Meltdown Triceps and 45 minutes of Peloton Yin Yoga. We have a winter weather advisory for today. The forecast is calling for 3- 6 inches and we’ve got close to 3 already.

Carolyn-Great job with Strong & Sweaty PHA Timesaver, JS 30 Minute Fat Blaster, and Perfect Pump Upper Body with the Extended Stretch.

Diane Sue-Great job with Boss Bands Lower Body and Core premix, Raw Stretch and Tone 2, CDorner Fast Basic Step plus abs, CDorner Love Your Arms, Fast Basic and Full Body Stretch. My foot has been bothering me too and I realized it was from the shoes I wear on the Peloton bike. When I got the bike I switched the pedals out to SPD on one side and flat on the other so I’m going to try riding with regular shoes on the flat side and not clipped in for a while. The Hoka recovery shoes are very comfortable. My pair is a few years old so they might have changed it. I’ll have to look at the new ones.

Cathy-Great job with IMAX 3 intervals and Tower Circuit Sweat Express. Nice that you got so much cleaning done. It sounds like you are getting a little more snow than we are this time. Hopefully it won’t be too bad.

Valerie-Great job getting a ride in. I’m sorry about the spinal stenosis. I hope the cortisone injections help.

Just finished yesterday's Live Booty Burn  is that aptly named. Uses the green fabric loop and fire walker band. This will be a great travel workout. Woke up to what has to be about a foot of snow that fell overnight and it's still continuing to lightly snow. I'll go out after lunch and start clearing off the paved area by the garage. Looking at radar the storm is moving in a circular pattern, so it's extra fun.

Judy we got more snow than predicted, hopefully you don't. It's light and fluffy, but DH went out and shoveled the bird feeding areas and said that it's still heavy to shovel. So, it'll be a good upper body workout. My main issue is that my boots are not that tall. LOL Great job with the Peloton ride, muscle meltdown and yoga.

Diane Sue nice job with Love Your Arms, Fast Basic and stretch.

This morning I did KCM’s Power Splits Lower Body for 34 minutes and 191 calories burned. My average heart rate was 124 and maximum heart rate was 155.

Diane Sue, great job with CDorner arms, cardio, and full body stretch.

Judy, great job with Peloton ride, Muscle Meltdown Triceps, and Peloton Yin Yoga.

Cathy, great job with Live Booty Burn. Cathe is very good with creating that feeling in the lower body.

Hello to Valerie.

Today I started a workout with DC Fit low impact and switched to Tracy Steen Low Impact and both had jumping jacks and I just was not excited about the music so went to CDorner and did the Kickboxing workout she had up yesterday. This one had lots of kickboxing along with the boxing and jacks mixed in, but I did the modifiers. The workout total time with the two I started was 50 minutes, 271 calories, heart rate 135/184, 4,438 steps. I finished off with Raw Athletic Stretch 2. Total time was 80 minutes 313 calories.

Judy, nice work with the Peloton Power Zone Ride and yesterday's Muscle Meltdown Triceps with the yin yoga. I like the looks of the Hoka recovery shoe. I clip my shoes in when I ride my spin bike. It is not easy when I do intervals with weights getting off and on the bike. I usually keep a remote to pause the workout just to get off the bike. Kelly did that last Raw one with dumbbells on the bike and no getting off and on. I think I would need a better Spin Bike to adjust the pedals. I do not pull the buckles up tight when I put my feet on the pedals. My granddaughter that is 15 now used to stand on one pedal with both feet bare and spin fast. I do not know how she did it to be honest. She would loosen the handlebars hanging one side. She finally quit when she slipped with it spinning and cut her foot. I had told her she needed shoes.
It seems like I do not have much padding on my forefoot anymore. Like I am walking on my bones or something. I wear Super Feet Orthotics. Hopefully I can find a shoe that will help.

Cathy, those fabric loop bands are no joke when doing some of those lower body workouts. CDorner uses them in most of her lower body workouts along with weights.
I am glad we just had rain. It dropped to 34 and it is back sunny today. Our yard is soggy. I really do wish it did not hold water like it does. I had to kneel in soggy to the point of moss area around the rose bushes when trimming.

Carolyn, great job on the Kelly Coffey Power Splits Lower Body. I like that one. I think she is coming out with another workout. I saw something on her website. As far as yard work I would not mind so much if I didn't have other things to do and my allergies. It is kind of nice to go outside and hang out with my dog in the sunshine once in a while. I need to spray the yard before all of the pests hatch out and settle in.

Valerie, I do buy superfeet shoe inserts. I bought ones for athletes twice and then this last time I purchased the berry ones.

I did PP Upper Body today. I always start some of those thinking, I could probably go heavier, but by the time we're going back down the pyramid it's nope this is as heavy as I want! LOL And I'll probably shovel some later, though it's already about 1/2 as deep as it originally was thanks to temps and sun. Derek and Aliah are in the air and should be back in Michigan by 12:30. Then they get the fun drive back up to Marquette tomorrow.

Carolyn nice job with Power Splits Lower Body.

Diane Sue sometimes we're just not feeling certain workouts in the moment. Great job of sticking with it and finding something that works. Soggy yards are not a plus. Fortunately our area that gets waterlogged is in the back corner and that just means avoiding certain paths and delaying spring mowing. From the house it really doesn't look like the land slopes as much as it does so it's deceptive. It was already pretty wet from last weeks snow melt, so this is going to make it even worse.

Judy I hope you weren't impacted by the latest round of snow.

Hi Valerie!

Today is a rest day. I had my monthly investment club meeting this morning.

Diane Sue, sometimes it’s hard to find the right workout. Good job with CDORNER Kickboxing and Raw stretch.

Cathy, nice job with PP Upper Body.

Hello to Valerie and Judy.

Yesterday and today I did 45 minute Peloton Power Zone rides. I strained something in my shoulder and am taking a few days off of upper body strength work.

Cathy-Great job with Live Booty Burn and PP Upper Body. The snow yesterday wasn't too bad for us. I think we got about 5 inches and while the schools were all closed around here, we didn't have any issues getting out. No power outages that I'm aware of either, fortunately.

Carolyn-Great job with Power Splits Lower Body. I hope you had a nice rest day. I think an investment club would be interesting. I should look for one around here.

Diane Sue-Great job with the CDorner Kickboxing and Raw Athletic Stretch 2. I keep meaning to do Kelly's Cycle Sculpt workout but I always end up just doing a Peloton ride instead. I have my older spin bike in the basement so I could use the TV down there to do the workout. Or I could use my iPad and do it on the Peloton bike.

Hi to Valerie

Judy, we started our club 23 years ago. Of the original 13 people, 10 of us are still here. None of us knew anything about stocks and investing but we wanted to learn. We have really learned a lot!! The national organization that helped us, Better Investing, is actually located there in Michigan. They provide so much support and education for clubs and individuals.

Carolyn, thank you for the information. I looked up Better Investing and it looks like something I might be interested in. Their office is in Troy, about 35 miles from where I live.
