Good morning,
Starting this over.. I had it half way done, when I hit some random key and it all disappeared. . The play was great., very funny and a good productions.

Valerie, I like your idea of cooking the vegetables separately, then adding. Keeps them crisper. I think we get a butter sauce and masala. The new upper pyramid is done using a stability ball, I find it had to jump up from the ball, get the new weights, then get back on. The ball rolls around each time as the basement floor is slightly slanted. I don't mind what they are wearing in the Upper Stacked workout. I like those colors.
Carolyn, Body Weights & Bands sounds like a good one to try this week. I use krill oil for omega 3's. The hemp hearts sound good for adding that crunch to yogurt.
