Today I did CDorner All Standing Low Impact High Intensity cardio 53 minutes, 231 calories, heart rate 122/154, 5,822 steps. I followed this with CDorner Quick Morning Wake Up stretch (on the beach) and part of yesterday's mobility workout. I checked out what I didn't do and stopping when I did, I did not miss much as she did a bridge and then feet up the wall. This took me 23 minutes, 38 calories, heart rate 77/98. Yesterday's mobility was more of a flow. The beach stretch was only 11 minutes but is a nice stretch with most sitting on the ground. Total time today was 76 minutes, 269 calories. I am hoping to get in some sort of strength workout tomorrow since Friday will have to be a rest day as I have two appointments to go to. I feel for the people in Florida. My brother is in the panhandle so probably okay other than maybe rain. I never got an answer from him though when I tried to reach him.
Cathy, I almost never have a good night sleep before a trip. I guess all of the plans ahead of me keep me awake or something. When I used to make the 100 mile trek to Oklahoma City I would pack up and put my dogs things we were taking with us together. Always got to bed late and the barely slept. Plus my dog had anxiety and would whine when she saw me get out a suitcase. I tried to hide it. That was my other dog, and I always took her with me so she could hang with my daughter's dogs. The combo of barre and kickboxing was quite different. Not hard to follow, but I am sure my husband would have got a laugh in when I was on my toes turning like a ballet dancer in a jewelry box. Besides, my right foot and toe has been hurting and so I was rather clumsy at it. Most of it was not that silly though and quite active movement. The boxing was fun. Different moving from one type of workout to the other.
Judy, I am just going through some of the Raw workouts that I have missed while going through the shoulder stuff and healing process. If there are any other that you are interested in let me know and I will see if it is one that I have printed up before. I have a binder with them in it. I am hoping she gets the rest of the body part ones done soon. Nice work on the Peloton ride and the Live Upper body workout. Home projects are gratifying after they are all done
Valerie, I am glad that your knee is okay. I do not like having to mess with my windshield wipers. I guess since I rarely use them it takes me awhile to get them going and figure out how to make them run slow or intermittently. I think it is because of the set up on the turn steering column you either have to pull it toward you, or maybe that is windshield washer. You turn knobs on the end and one turns on the back window wiper. It never seems to be just right.
