Pedal Power Review

I know I already posted to this thread saying how much I love Pedal Power. Just did it again and for me it's the shorter length of the songs that seems to set a better pace.

I have a V-Series Vision Fitness spin bike and am very happy with it. I sold my treadmill when Cathe announced her 1st spin DVD. I am so happy with my bike!

My bike is an NXT.

I did Pedal Power for the second time this morning and I really loved it. Time flew by, and the Tabata was my favorite part of the workout.

I think I just got a 'spinners' high from Pedal Power!!

Didn't adjust well to the time change, so I'm loving this feeling right now
