Hi All-

Thanks Debbie H. and everybody else for the birthday greetings!! I was just tickled to death when I saw this!

I already got my workout in early this morning..a beautiful long run outside while the sun came up and some ab work ala Cathe (Cardio and Weights)

My son and husband are taking me out for dinner tonight.. I'm thinking crab legs or lobster..mmmm.
