I have a question for those that have done paper workouts. I have one that I didn't mean to start but I decided to do it for a few days until my DVDs had arrived and there is definitely something nice about doing a paper workout and I found it challenging in a different way.
My question is do you guys find the workouts for weightlifting have a slight edge on DVDs or it just depends on what DVDs your using?
