I have had pain inside my left shoulder for about a week now. I've tried to avoid upper body work for a couple of days, but it's hard not to do upper, after doing lower the previous day. I decided to try the Upper Body Pyramid today and when I was doing the db flyes and bench presses, it made my shoulder ache. The actual shoulder work did not bother my shoulder at all. Does anyone have any idea why this is? The back work (pullovers and lat raises didn't bother me either). Now my shoulder still hurts and I can't put my fingers on the pain. It seems to be so far in the muscle that I can't touch it.
